Leon rolled off his bed, got dressed and slung his bag over his shoulder. He checked his phone again and sighed as he made his way to school.
Torin kept his head down as he walked to his locker to get his things for first period. He got them quickly and started towards his class which was on the opposite side of the building.
Leon quietly went to his locker to get his stuff for his first class. He quickly got them and quickly headed towards his class, not wanting to talk to anyone.
Torin spotted Leon down the hallway, walking fast. He kept his head down.
Leon kept his head down and walked to his first class, accidentally bumping into someone, "Sorry." He muttered quickly, not looking at the person he bumped into, as he gathered his stuff and went to his first class.
"No problem." Torin muttered quietly. He sat down in first period, silent, until the bell rang and he stood up again.
Leon sat down in the back and tried to focus on whatever the teacher was talking about.
Torin continued his day like this, sitting down, standing up, not making eye contact with anyone. Miserable.
Leon kept doing the same thing every class as he kept thinking about what Torin had said last night, he started feeling guilty but he just shook off the feeling and tried to focus on his lessons.
Torin glanced into every classroom on his way to the bathroom. He noticed Leon on his way back and stopped for a moment, staring, before continuing on his way.
Leon didn't see Torin staring at him because he was currently trying to focus on what his teacher was talking about.
Torin shook his head and sat back down in his class, not paying that much attention.
Still trying to focus while trying to stay awake.
The bell rang and Torin jumped. He gathered his stuff and walked out of the classroom. He slowed when he grew closer to Leon's class.
Leon quietly left his class, not making eye-contact with anyone as he went to his locker.
Torin stopped walking when he reached a couple feet away from Leon.
Leon still didn't look at anyone as he put his stuff away.
Torin realized he was being ignored and walked away, tears gathering in the back of his eyes.
Leon slung his backpack over his shoulder and quietly walked to his house.

Torin set his phone down on his bed and pulled out his homework. His father wasn't home yet.
Leon sat down on his bed and started working on his homework.
How long until you stop avoiding me?
Torin sighed and checked his phone every minute, become more and more hopeless as time passed.
Leon finished his homework then went on his phone.

Hey. He responded, breathing a sigh of relief.
So….
He typed in, not sure what to say.
We better figure shit out cause we're meant to be.
You can live with me if you want.
He responded, almost instantly regretting it.
I don't think that would be a good idea.
Why?
He'd find me eventually. And it's not like you made a good impression.
