She covered her face with her hands.

He placed gentle kissed on her hands, over and over. “Hey, come back. I miss you,”

Slowly, she opened up her hands and peeked out.

He smiled. “There you are! I was afraid I’d lost you for a moment,”

She giggled. "I'm here."

“It would be pretty disappointing if you weren’t.”

She dropped her hands on either side of her head. "Yeah."

"I'm not beautiful," she repeated slightly louder.
