Percy Jackson RP [CLOSED]

Okay, first thing's first:
This isn't going to die. I will not let it die. Pretty much all the others I'm in are dead or dying, but this one is going to stay alive and healthy until the end! Cool? Cool.

RULES MY GUYS, GALS AND NON-BINARY PALS:

• One character each
• Big Three kids are allowed, but not everyone is one. If someone's already done a kid of Zeus, don't do another kid of Zeus, if someone's done a kid of Poseidon, don't do another, blah blah blah you get the idea.
• No legacies, as Camp Half-Blood (where this will be set) doesn't take them.
• If you haven't read at least the PJO series, don't join.
• Please ask before you join the RP
• Don't start without anyone or leave anyone behind. Try to include people's characters, but don't control them.
• Be nice outside of the RP
• Do things for a reason, don't just do something for the sake of doing something. It ruins the RP when you just do something weird or pointless.
• No Mary-Sues or Gary-Stus. People have flaws, they make mistakes, and no-one likes perfect people. I've added a 'weakness' part into the character template to hopefully stop this, but some people have a talent for making OP characters (which isn't a good thing, btw).
• Okay kids, listen up, I'm about to tell you all a secret… there's this thing called guys, and they exist! Keep the ratio between guys and girls at 3:1 (for every three girls, there's a boy).
• Don't be afraid to restart a scene because something went wrong
• Use proper grammar (please)
• Make your characters different. Not everyone is bubbly and happy-go-lucky. Not everyone is the same gender or sexuality (but not everyone is gay, actually most people aren't). Not everyone is white. Give your characters some diversity.
• If someone other than me says you can join, don't join until I say you can.
• If you break any of the rules, especially the one about being nice to others, you're out of the RP

I'll be writing the prophecy and we'll discuss the plot after a few people have joined. So far, the basics are that our characters will be given the next Great Prophecy and it will be taking place either last year or this year.

I live for the ships, so they're DEFINITELY allowed! Also, it's the PJO series, so no ships is illegal (kidding), but please don't rush into it. Get them starting of slow, cuz that's what makes it cute. And gay ships are completely fine, but if you're uncomfortable with them you don't need to worry because no one's going into details and you can just skip over anyway.

Background: She was raised with her mother and 'father'. Her mother was a NASA engineer, which was what got the attention of Hephaestus. When she had Kally, the father thought he was the father. A few years later, her father lost his job and started drinking, then he found out that Kally wasn't his daughter. The alcohol combined with anger was what drove him to abuse. He abused both of them for a while, until her mother finally snapped and attacked, almost killing him. She was arrested and sent to prison, while the father was sent to hospital. None of his abuse was found out, because Kally didn't want to speak up and no-one believed her mother because she had always said things about monsters and had been deemed insane. Kally was left with her 'father', whom she had no relation to, and was still abused. One night, he came into her room drunk and she jumped out her open window and ran away. A monster that her mother had once told her about attacked her, and she got found by a satyr and taken to Camp Half-Blood.
Other: She'll never participate in training and won't fight if someone or something attacks her.

Weakness: She's blind, meaning she can't use most weapons, she feels she can't do anything by herself, too trusting of others
Fatal Flaw: She's too trusting of people, she usually follows the orders of others because she was told she couldn't do anything by herself (Backstory will elaborate on why)

Background: She never knew her family because her mother gave her away for adoption after she was born. She was adopted at 8 into an abusive home. They trained her into thinking she couldn't do anything without their help which made her stay. A satyr met her in 7th grade and learned about her family. He helped her get to CHB, being killed by monsters in the process. More will be revealed later in the RP
Other: She's blind, a stray black cat acts like her pet in a way

Backround: When her family was killed in a car accident when she was eight, she was taken to CHB and hasn't left since then. She has had some….bad experiences that will make her wake up screaming at times.
Other: NERD ALERT, loves animals, loves reading and is pretty good at writing, is an amazing singer but she hides it. She likes blowing off steam by exploring the woods with some of the nymphs and is a great archer, though her strongest area of combat are daggers.
