PJO/HOO Roleplay

(I'm having some…………..problems. As in if someone doesn't help me come up with some fluff in Roleplay Anyone? Then my character is going to have some bbbbaaaaaaaaaadddddddddddddd flashbacks.)

Tessa picked up the flag quietly. "Come on." She whispered.

Rikard followed after Tessa, as some of the defenders noticed that their flag was no longer with them. "There's some on our tail!" Rikard muttered to Tessa. "Want me to deal with them?"

Tessa smiled. "I don't see why not."

Rikard grinned, he felt unstoppable! He turned around, and directed the vines to form a tripline where the defenders were running. He watched in glee as they all tripped, then he directed the vines to tie them up. He sprinted after Tessa and tapped her on the shoulder, "Done!"

Tessa smiled. "Okay. Now we just have to get over to the other side of the river."

Rikard ran all out alongside Tessa, guarding her as they ran towards the river. Rikard saw someone. Was that Freyja?

Freyja and Kyna were still fighting, evenly matched as they’d been sparring together for years. Over Kyna’s shoulder, she saw Tessa and Rikard with the flag, and she grinned.

"Need some help with that Freyja?" Rikard asked as adrenaline roared through his veins. For the first time, he understood why people loved being a part of this. Of something larger than just them.

Kyna risked a look behind her, and Freyja took it as her opening. She ran at Kyna, knocking her to the ground with a knife at her throat. “I think I’m good,” she grinned. “Get the flag over!” She threw her other knife, distracting another boy who came out of the trees.

Rikard ran with Tessa across the line, shooting vines at any pursuers that made it past Freyja.

Tessa splashed through the water, finally reaching the other side.

The conch sounded again. “Red has won the game!” Someone announced. Freyja laughed and got off Kyna, crossing the river to join Rikard and Tessa.

"Yes!!!!!!" Rikard pumped his fist into the air, unable to resist hugging both Freyja and Tessa! "Victory!" That'd show all the people who said children of Demeter couldn't do anything.

Freyja awkwardly patted his back, seeing as hugs weren’tmreally Her thing.

Rikard could see Kyna and Jude glaring at him, but nothing could dampen his mood. He watched as Chiron cantered over and began to speak. "A game well played heroes!" he proclaimed. "Congratulations are in order for the Red team, and I believe that Tessa from Aphrodite captured the flag, so congratulations are in order for her too."
Rikard cheered enthusiastically, feeling bad for Tessa as some people exchanged incredulous looks.
He got up on a rock, feeling the urge to defend her. "Yeah, three cheers for Tessa! Makeup isn't all Aphrodite kids can do!"

Tessa gave Rikard a grateful smile.

Freyja started clapping first. “Three cheers for Tessa,” she called, glaring at everyone who looked doubtful.

Rikard joined in clapping with Freyja as some of the other Aphrodite kids began to clap and cheer as well. Rikard glared at some of the people he sort of knew from his own cabin until they began cheering as well.

Tessa smiled. I don't need this really though……………. She fiddled with her bracelet behind her back nervously.
