"Uh…" Riley wracked her brains. "I'm pretty sure there's no god of rejection. The closest I can think of is that nymph. The one who got rejected by Narcissus and now is cursed to repeat everything?"

"Do you know the nymphs name?" Wendi looked at Riley.

“Echo?”

"Cool," Wendi looked at Cira with awe.

"Yeah…" Riley replied. "That sounds right. But she's a nymph, not a goddess. I'm not even sure if she's still alive."

Tessa laughed. "You guys are amazing. I love y'all already."

"She's not," Oliver said. He knew from some of his siblings.

"We should have a chant!" Wendi shouted out, "Do cults have chants?"

"I'm pretty sure cults have chants,"

"Then let's make one!" Wendi felt like a little girl again, learning all about her people's legends and past. It was exhilarating.

Tessa just stood there, silently dying of laughter.
