Are we going to come up with a plot beforehand, or just choose a setting and have our characters run into each other somehow?

Second option sounds good to me…
Just note;

• Most of my characters are half human-half wolf (And can shift into the full form of a wolf)
• Magic is a big part of their character and is irremovable.

Also there is a difference,

• they can shift fully between human and wolf forms at will any time any where.
• other than their shifter abilities they are pretty normal as magic users
  (Also i do have literal version of werewolf in the same world…)

(In your universe, sure, there might be a difference. But I don't know the details of the universe you write in, and other people write about other versions of werewolves. So that's why I didn't see a difference.)

I'm good with romance, but it has to be natural… not forced.
Fantasy adventure is right up my alley!

Yeah.. I'm still a novice on that one… but I need to figure out how to write it properly cause I have several love plots that need to happen.
