Stumbles to a halt and falls over my own feet Hello!
Grins weirdly, stands awkwardly Me too!
Hmm… let me think for a moment…
Sure
Okay! So… do you have a template, or…
Great idea. Want to start?
Juliet slipped through the crowd, dark eyes flashing, chasing after a guy in a red t shirt who had just stolen her friend's phone. She blew loose hair from her braid out of her face and pushed herself faster.
Hearing the noise behind him, Tyler turned around. He spotted the gut running away, and the girl running after him. They were headed right for Tyler. As the guy reached Tyler, he reached out, and grabbed his shirt. Dumping him on the ground at his feet. "Why you in such a rush?" Ty asked looking down at him.
Juliet stopped, panting slightly, and pulled her friend's phone from the thief's hand. She looked up at the guy who had helped her. "He stole my friend's phone."
Juliet started to shake it, then started. "I-I know you!" She said.
Juliet tilted her head, then shrugged. "My bad. You look like someone I used to know."
The man at Tyler's feet jumped up and tried to run. Without looking at him, Tyler reached out and grabbed the back of his shirt. The sound of a siren was going off now. Tyler was looking at the girl in front of him. "Come to think of it, you do look like someone I've seen before," he said thoughtfully.
She sent him a grin. "Maybe we have met… years ago…" She suddenly realized that she hadn't introduced herself. "I'm Juliet."
Tyler smiled. "I like that name," he suddenly turned to the dude that was still struggling and trying to get away. "Dude, you aren't going anywhere, will you knock it off before I sit you down again. The police are already here." He turned back to Juliet. "Sorry, you should probably return your friends phone."
"Yeah," she said. "Thanks again!" She waved and walked away, disappearing into the crowd.
Juliet hurried back to the cafe, where her friend was waiting. "Oh, you got it," her friend said. She turned the phone on, checked a few things, and sighed with relief. "At least he didn't hurt my baby."
Juliet rolled her eyes.
Juliet stared out of the bus window, thinking about Tyler. She knew where she'd seen him, but to actually say it out loud was weird.
Juliet remembered a dream she had had recently. It was her and Tyler, doing… something. But she had seen him in her dreams for almost a year now.
