He pulled away. "I"m Hunter Eves."

"I'm Echo..just..Echo I think. Too much work keeping track of two names." She muttered.

"Echo?" He repeated. "Are you… normal?" He qeustioned.

"I..um…i'm..so normal." She answered blushing.

"No! No not like that!" He shied away from her. "Like… I"m gonna sound crazy saying this. Magic?"

Echo started laughing and made herself float half an inch off the bench seat.

Hunter shrugged. "Well, that works. I have powers too, and so do my friends but there's only fou- three of us."

Echo fell back onto the bench and stood up. "Um I mentioned it earlier but im kind of lost? Could you show me the way to that cafe place next to that clothes shop?" She asked.

"Ah yes." He shook the dust off his pants. He tried to shake it off but it stuck to his hand. He grumbled something and wiped it back on his pants. "This way." He started off to the Cafe.

"Ok thank you!" She said cheerily and started following Hunter to the Cafe.

"No problem." He replied.

After walking for awhile, hunter pushed the door to the cafe open.

Echo smiled widely and walked in, waving at the barista. "Thank youuuu Hunterrr!" She said walking towards a side door next to the counter.

"Your welcome." He replied.

She walked backwards through the door and promptly disappeared. Echo appeared in her apartment above the cafe. It was small but livable with not much furniture and a couple windows.

Hunter left the building and started walking home along the wavy forest road.
