Bastian hummed in agreement. He led Halo onto the empty dancefloor and over to the kitchen area. The smell of breakfast wafted through the air, and several employees were lined up in front of a sort of buffet set out on the bar counter

Halo squeaks softly. He never did well with people unless he was working. He looks towards Bastian before taking a deep breath and trying to relax.

Bastian rubbed gently at Halo's back. "Don't worry, you just have to get in line for breakfast. No big deal," he assured him with a small smile

"Alright." Halo says, humming as he laces his fingers with Bastians gently.

Bastian walked over to the counter, grabbing them both plates and silverware. He handed Halo his before beginning to get himself food

Halo takes the plate gratefully and begins to serve himself food.

Bastian piled his high with food before grabbing a large mug of coffee. He dumped some creamer in it before finding a booth to sit in

Halo grabs a mug of Earl Tea and an avalanche of sugar, with a lot of food. He follows after Bastian, humming quietly.

Bastian slid into a booth off to the side, smiling at Halo before stuffing his face with potatoes o'brian

Halo chuckles "Itadakimasu." He says softly before digging in.

Bastian took a few bites before chasing it with a large gulp of coffee

Halo laughs softly, drinking his tea happily.

"Any good?" Bastian asked around a mouthful of bacon

"Very good." Halo says, chuckling softly.

"Quarri's awesome. Best cook around," Bastian said before taking a swig of coffee

"Mhm." Halo says happily as he relaxes, eating his food.

Bastian popped a piece of bacon in his mouth, licking his lips afterwards

Halo chuckles, "Enjoying breakfast?" He asks, laughing softly.

Bastian nodded, currently too preoccupied with a mouthful of potatoes to speak

Halo laughs softly as he eats. He takes another sip of the tea, giving a soft sigh. "Gochisosama." He says softly, pushing his finished plate away so he could focus on his tea.

Bastian tilted his head a bit curiously. "What's that one mean?" he asked after swallowing his bite of potatoes

"Thank you for the meal." Halo says happily.

(of course a couple who just had an almost traumatic experience in a club is eating potatoes)

"You would think I'd know that from where I used to live," Bastian chuckled. He eventually finished his food as well, and he frowned a little. "Gochi…sosama?" he said slowly before looking up at Halo. "Did I do it right?"

(hush now, potatoes o'brian is good)

Halo snickers. "We're gonna have to work on your pronounciation, but that was correct other wise." He chuckles softly.
