Bastian yawned, doing his best to snuggle both Halo and Avie. Avie squirmed around before managing to lick Halo's face

Halo chuckles when Avie licks his face.

Bastian cracked an eye open and began laughing softly when he caught sight of him. "Yep, pretty sure she's picked a favorite," he joked

"Mmm… nah. She loves us both the same." he says, petting her head gently.

"Nah, the cute ones always like each other more," Bastian chuckled

"Sure…" Halo chuckles, nuzzling the puppy.

Bastian chuckled, reaching over to scratch Avie behind the ear. She wagged her tail happily before burying her face in Halo's chest

Halo smiles softly and hums quietly.

Eventually Bastian dozed off again, buried in the sheets as he snored softly

Avie fell asleep as well and Halo nuzzles into her fur as she slept.

Bastian awoke with a yawn, sneezing afterwards when Avie's tail tickled his nose

Halo woke with a groan, making Avie wake up as well.

Avie whined while Bastian sneezed again. "Damn dog hair," he muttered

Halo chuckles softly. "I think you're hurting her feelings." He says, hugging the dog. She barks and licks Halo's face.

"Not my fault she had her tail on my nose. It tickled," Bastian whined, giving him a mock pout before reaching over to pet Avie

Avie barks happily at the attention and Halo smiles a little. "She's to cute."

"Yep. Definitely," Bastian agreed, his eyes still a bit droopy from sleep in an almost adorable way

Halo smiles, kissing his cheek. Avie tilts her head before licking Bastians nose.

Bastian spluttered when Avie licked his nose, though he was quickly laughing softly

Halo snickers, smiling at Avie. "Good girl. Should we take you on a walk?" He asks, nuzzling her.

Avie yapped excitedly, turning circles and repeatedly smacking Bastian in the face with her tail. Bastian spluttered, rolling onto his side and throwing the covers up over his head to shield himself from her

Halo laughs, "Alright alright. Sit." He orders. She sat. Halo got out of bed, throwing undergarments, pants, a shirt and a hoodie on. He grabs his converse and her leash. "You coming Bastian?" He calls.

"Yeah, I'm coming," Bastian said, waving him off before getting to his feet. He tossed his boxers on, jeans, a hoodie, and a pair of combat boots coming after

Halo smiles and kneels down, placing a leash on Avie. He smiles softly, ruffling her fur before standing.

Bastian yawned, stretching before following them out the door. "Do we have to walk her before I have coffee?" he complained

He chuckles, "Aww, poor Bassy. Unless you want her peeing on your floor, I wouldn't recommend it."

"Bassy?" Bastian asked, his voice a bit rough from sleep as it took him a moment to process the nickname. "You know what, I'm not awake enough for this," he grumbled
