Rescued. (One on One) (Closed).

In this, one character is human and the other is a supernatural creature. The human will know nothing about supernatural creatures, but when the creature is being hunted, it stumbles upon the human who offers to take them in. Will develop and there will probably be romance themes.

So this was a thing that I had made before but it just died, so I’m starting this again.

Amber was outside her surprisingly large home, a cigarette in between her fingers. She had picked up the habit young, using that to deal with the pain of family matters. Her long nails tapped against the hood of a car, whose bumper she was leaned up against. It was a quiet night, not much going up except for the occasional passing car.

(That’s okay!)

Amber took a drag of her cigarette, eyes squinting in the darkness. She couldn’t see too well, as she was closer towards the end of the driveway, and most of the lights were up towards the house. She could have also sworn she heard something move nearby and frowned to herself, thinking that the neighbors stupid dog was out again. She began to make her way to the other side of the car, muttering to herself about how pissed she would be if she lost a nail when messing with the dog.

Amber made it to the other side of the car when she saw a girl getting to her feet. “Hey!” she exclaimed, just to get the girls attention. This was not what she expected to see, a girl instead of some yapping Pomeranian mix. “What are you doing here?” She questioned.

Amber’s lips pursed into a frown as she tapped her nails on the side of the car door. “Why do you need a place?” She asked. She lived alone in a big house, and there were a few extra bedrooms. But she had to make sure that this young woman wasn’t crazy or something.

“Uhuh…” Amber hummed slowly, nodding her head slowly. She looked the girl up and down, a brow arched slightly as her dark red tinted lips pursed. “Well, I guess you can just stay here. It’s a big place, I have spare bedroooms.”

“Yeah, right okay,” Amber said, hearing the male voice. She stepped over to the girl, wrapping an arm around her waist when she noticed her injured knee. “That is going to need some actual medical attention,” she said, beginning to walk to the front door.

“Thanks, but it’s not technically mine. Just one of my parents homes that they neglected to live in,” Amber hummed. She brought the girl into a spare bedroom on the first floor, motioning for her to sit on the bed. “Alright, do you have anyone I could call? Or should I call the hospital..?”

“You sure? Because your knee looks pretty fucked up to me,” Amber commented, motioning to the girl’s knee with one finger. “At Least let me drive you to a doctors office or something in the morning. It looks like you might have torn a muscle.”

Amber’s eye brows raised in surprise when the girl exclaimed like that. Maybe this girl was crazy. She huffed, nodding her head slowly. “Okay, whatever.. Do you want an ice pack or something..?” She asked.

“I’ll be right back,” Amber said, stepping out of the room and heading across the hall to the kitchen. She looked in the fridge for a moment before taking out an ice pack, heading back into the bedroom afterwards. “Here, that should help with the swelling,” she said as she handed it to the girl.
