Introduction:
The recent rise in criminal activity in Chicago has had everyone on edge. Much of the outer city has degraded into war zones between rivaling gangs and what is left of the police force is powerless to stop any of it. Bombings, kidnappings and homicides have become a common occurrence. However, throughout all of this people with incredible abilities have risen to fight back against this menace. One of these heroes, Occulta is putting together the first ever hero "League" to protect Chicago and beyond.

Basic Plot:
Occulta has hand selected numerous heroes to join her new organization to help fight against the forces of evil. But the gangs aren't her only worry, talk of a "Lord of Nightmares" has swarmed the underworld terrifying even the leaders of the mob. The purpose of her organization is to eliminate the gangs throughout the city and hopefully to unearth more about this mysterious adversary.

The only non-existing creature she can shift is a centaur but that’s also the most painful, because the human body was not made to be grafted that way and it’s technically a half-shift that she stopped midway
