“Not often. My roommate dragged me along,” Veda explained, “What about you?” It was good to meet someone new, she would be given a clean slate with him. Most others she met didn’t seem to like her loud personality, so she had hope this would be different.
"My sister forced me to come. You would think that a nineteen-year-old would have better things to do than drag her brother to town parties, but I guess not. I haven't even seen her since we got here." He answered. "Anyway, we just moved here last week, so you're one of the first people I've met. How is this town?" He asked her and pushed his hair out of his eyes.

“Oh, really? Welcome to town, then,” Veda said, smiling. “It’s decent here, you tend to get to know everyone pretty easily. But, that also means that gossip spreads easily, so I’d watch out for that.”
