Roleplay, anyone? (permanently closed)

Ace stopped and asked a nurse, and he led them to Macha's room, telling them to knock. ACe knocked.

Blake shifted his weight from one foot to the other. He didn't like Ace being out of bed when his health was so fragile. He couldn't help but feel as though he was putting Ace in danger by agreeing to this.

Ace wiped some dry blood from his chin, "Macha?"

"Ace?" Skylar said, releasing Macha's hand and getting up. She opened the door. "Aren't you supposed to be in your own room?" she asked.

"Maybe." Ace looked at Blake.

"I told you so!" Blake grumbled, giving Ace a pointed look. "He's lovesick and needs Macha." He spoke up, talking to Skylar.

"Well, ok. She's in here." Sky said, letting the two pass through the door. She shut it behind them and followed them in the room.

"Where's Macha?" Ace couldn't find her, after all, her stone skin was no where to be found.

Blake stared at Macha, his features twisted with confusion. "Ace… I think that is Macha." He said, stunned. (@Topaz does Macha still have her wings?)

"It is." Sky said.

"That's good." Zander said, running his hand through her hair.

Dani hesitated for a moment. "Zander……." This is not the right time. "I want to go see my sister's grave."

Zander smiled softly." Let's go then, as long as you're ready now… "

Dani nodded. "Just give me a second." She ran to her room and changed out of her uniform into black pants, black tennis shoes, and a rusty orange sweater. Then she went back to Zander. "Okay. I'm ready." I think.

"Alright then, I'll follow you there." Zander said as he walked over to the door.

Dani led him out of the flat and around the winding halls. She finally got to where she wanted to be. Well, not really WANTED as much as NEEDED. Before you could up to the cemetery on the surface, there was a small hallway with the names of the dead who couldn't be buried. She took Zander's hand and walked over to a few names and ran her fingers over them. David Tauren, Aiden Wren, Aaron Wren, Falon Wren, and several others. She was silent for a moment. Then she finally broke the silence, "I never had the courage to come here." She said as she touched the names.

Zander gazed upon the names walls, holding Dani's hand, looking to see if he recognized any them. "That's not your fault, loss is…" Zander thought for a moment." difficult, especially when it happens to someone close to you. You're braver, and stronger than me at least, for being able to do this."

Dani squeezed his hand. "I think one of the hardest things is hearing their screams." She said softly.

Ellis pulled a fan from the room his big brother was sleeping in, and set it up in the living space. He turned it on full blast, and giggling with determination, he spread jis wings and shut his eyes to pretend he was flying. A few tufts of his shedding downy feathers flew off. He was just to shedding the last bits of them, unearthing growing, fully fledged, glossy black feathers.

Skylar found another chair in the corner and took the other side of Macha. "It was weird.. Her stone skin just sort of.. Started melting off… I thought I was seeing things at first." She said, taking in Macha's new features.

Zander let out a sigh." Yeah, yeah it is…" he said, trying not to think about his own losses.

Dani turned around and hugged Zander tightly. "I'm sorry. I know you've lost a lot too."

Zander hugged her back lightly, then pulled back." I have lost a lot, but we're here for you."

Dani gave him a tiny smile. She led him to a grave labeled, Camilla Rylie Tauren, beloved daughter, sister, and, friend.
