It was a beautiful day, all the plant life flowing in the light breeze, the birds singing as they hopped about, and fluffy white clouds passed overhead.
Until…
The birds suddenly went silent, and a sharp kick in the wind sent them flying off. The breeze suddenly shook the grass and the leaves, ominously hinting what was about to come.
The clouds stirred, then parted, revealing a towering machine.
It hovered for a moment before sprouting a huge drill and three crab-like legs after a bellowing horn went off, it then drilled itself into the ground and distributed an unknown substance into the earth…
(This seems like the prologue to a book. Nice! I love it!)

A RainWing dragonet was curled up on a wooden platform, her scales shifting between various shades of blue, when a loud noise echoed through the rainforest. She lifted her head, her scales changing back to their normal colors(cherry blossom pink, and some red). She glanced around, but all of the RainWings around her were fast asleep. What was that? The dragonet wondered, as another dragon poked her head out of a hut. "Sakura! Time to come inside now." The dragonet looked back. "Coming Mom!" She flew over to the entrance, and glanced over her shoulder before going inside.

Chikyu's head shot up as a loud noise filled the air. Her sibs groggily lifted their heads. "Who in the world is doing that?" Sierra, the oldest, grumbled. She glared at the holes in their sleeping hut, before closing her eyes again. "Well, whoever it is, they better shut up." Mudslide muttered, as he yawned and closed his eyes. Chikyu squeezed out from the pile she and her sibs had slept in, and climbed out of through one of the holes. The MudWing spread her wings and flew off towards the rainforest to find the source of the noise.
