Fae hid her face again, still on a roller coaster ride of emotions. “Oh god. You’re having so much fun right now, aren’t you?”
Roleplay?
"I am," he replied, trying to make a growl with his words, but ended up rolling them like Spanish r's. He tussled his hair with a hand. He couldn't stop smiling.
“Stop it!”, Fae giggled. “Why are you enjoying this so much!”
"You're flustering and squirming is adorable." He laughed, closing his eyes and lifting his cheeks in pure, happy enjoyment.
*your
Fae squirmed even more without meaning to. “Are you trying to give me a heart attack?”, she laughed, flustered.
"I know CPR," he repeated his earlier statement, with a provacative wink.
“How does that help with a heart attack?!” Her face was so incredibly red she thought it was going to burst.
(I’ll be back in 15, sorry)
He stood off out of his seat to scoot in beside her, "I hoped I was more soothing than heart-attackey," he looked at her.
Oh God., Fae thought as he slid into her seat. They were pressed close, very close. “I—“, her voice faltered. “It’s more exciting this way.”, she breathed, mouth dry.
He pushed her glass of sprite closer to her, "There, take a drink," Cruz laughed softly.
“Thanks.”, she murmured thankfully as she took a sip of the refreshing, bubbly drink. “Sorry, I, um, get flustered really easily.”, she said, feeling a rush of pleasure as Cruz laughed softly.
"I noticed," he grinned, "I think I'm getting used to being in love with a tomato." He teased.
Her heart thumped happily as even the tips of her ears turned red. “It’s you’re own fault for being so flirtatious!”, she teased back.
Sabine's twin older brothers had been rushed to the hospital as soon as they could to see her(Axyl's brilliant quick thinking) and now her brother Aiden was helping her walk slowly around her hospital room while Aaron updated her on all they had been doing. "………………..And so then Grayson and Jackson covered us while we pulled the kids out of the building." Sabine smiled. "Sounds nice." She said leaning on Aiden.
"I'm not even trying to be flirty now," he very lightly slugged her arm, eyes squinted with impishness, ad leaned to press a kiss to her cheek.
(Sorry I was gone so long, I jut received a lecture I would have rather not received)
The movement startled Fae (not because she didn’t enjoy it, she just didn’t expect it), and she jerked to the side at the last moment, resulting in Cruz missing her cheek and pressing his mouth to hers. Her eyes widened in shock and enjoyment.
Oh, my condolences… )
He just let it be, but seemed to cut it short, "—that's not the kiss for our agreement," he quickly clarified, smiling with his upper row of teeth.
The waittress came by holding two plates of food, "Paella picante, y tortilla de España. Disfruta," she nodded with a cordial smile, then left after setting it down.
Cruz scooted the plate of mostly rice and shrimp to Fae, and the almost two-inch-thick omelette to himself.
(Are they still sitting next to each other?)
(I'M DYING. @Topaz HAVE YOU FIGURED OUT WHAT PICANTE MEANS YET???????? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA)

(CRUZ IS SUCH A PRANKER OMG HIW DID I NOT FIGURE THIS OUT)
Fae took a bite of the delicious looking paella, mouth widening in shock as she swallowed and her tongue was lit up in a blaze of extreme spice. She turned to Cruz. “Cruz!! Was this your doing?!”, she said, laughing until the tears escaped from her eyes.
He snorted, and exploded into laughter, almost faceplanting into his plate of eggs.
Fae swatted his arm lightly, beginning to exclaim “You little—“ before cascading into giggles.
(I'M DEAD HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA)
"Hahaha! You- your face! Aye, ¡Mi Dio!" He laughed and laughed, holding his gut.
Fae bit back another joking retort, grinning broadly. “I should have known!” Just to prove something, she spooned another bite into her mouth, relishing the spicy tang. “Yiu now, it’s not that hot! You just caught me off guard.”, she grinned. “And this is delicious!”
"Good," he humored, "Cos that costs fifteen bucks,"
