Jay and Lucille awkwardly sat there, this is one of the few sibling times they had, where they preferred each other instead of others.

Eve stayed in her spot on the bench, not moving despite what they had decided to do for now.
Isaac didn't want to move. He was comfortable and he doubted there would be anyone he'd be interested in without getting to know them first.
Meara spoke up. This was more talking than she'd normally do in a day but she was having fun. "Why don't we first decide who should be the one left out this time. Would anyone like to volunteer?"
(sorry I was gone, my internet was out and I have been travelling)
Liam looked around the rag tag group and tried to decide which girl he was going to be paired with.
Aya looked around nervously, catching the eye of a boy on the bench(Isaac) for only a second before looking away quickly.
Brie caught Liam's eye and raised an eyebrow.
Isaac noticed a girl looking his way, making eye contact with her before she quickly looked away. He surveyed the rest of the group once more.
When no one volunteered, Meara decided to look around for herself. It was best to leave everyone to themselves.

Finishing looking over the group, Isaac's eyes landed on the the last girl who'd shown up to the meeting spot for their so called 'soulmates.' He walked up to her, her long brown hair catching the sunlight and looking almost blonde for how light it was.
Meara saw the boy approaching her. "Hey there." She remembered something and motioned to him to let him know she knew he was there. "Wait! Guys if it goes horribly wrong, let's exchange numbers so we can hold a meeting at any time if we figure out these are NOT our soulmates. Okay?" The others agreed and they exchanged phone numbers than Meara turned to the boy. Her shyness kicked in and she looked at the ground and then back at him and very quietly said, "w-wanna be partners?"
"Sure." Isaac replied, smiling at her.

Alexander and approached Eve. "Partners?" he asked her bashfully.

Eve noticed the boy who'd introduced himself to the group as Alexander walk up to her. "Of course." she replied, blushing and looking down at her feet before looking back up at him as the pink faded from her cheeks.
Nathan looked around and walked towards the girl that was sitting closer to him (Lucille) "Excuse me, do you want to meet up?" He asked. He didn't feel like she was his 'soulmate' but who knows, he would still give it a try
Mila just sat there, looking nervously around, she would like to ask someone out but she was afraid of rejection, a stupid feeling to be feeling at the moment
Lucille stayed silent for a moment, then she smiled, “Sure.”
“Noooo, Lucy don’t leave meeee.” Jayden whined, Lucille replied with an eye roll.
(Tbh, I forgot who Lucille’s and Jayden’s soulmates were.)

Brie sighed and looked around at the guys randomly milling about.

"Your sister actually did that? The poor hamster!" Eve giggled as she began to blush again, she hated her laugh, but she soon stopped and the pink faded from her face once again.
Why'd she stop laughing?, Alex wondered worriedly. He unconsciously picked at his teeth. "Yeah, his name was Giggles. Note the was."
Eve giggled again before covering her mouth with a worried look. She regained her composure and smiled back at him, "Aww, poor Giggles. Was it the crazy haircut?" she asked, wondering how Alex's poor little hamster had passed.
"Actually, he died of a cold. Apparently hamsters have terrible immune systems. Have you ever heard a hamster sneeze?"
(I'm sure she wouldn't mind. Who's her other character? I could for sure do her too if needed or we can just take them out altogether.)
"No I haven't." Eve replied with a grin, looking up at Alex as he was taller than her.
