James covered his ears, "What Max?"

"We're getting new neighbors!" He grinned. "Can I have a sandwich too?"

"Are you done yelling about it?" James was in a snarky, sarcastic mood.

"Come get it" she teased, waving a peice of bread in the air

"Yes I am." Max said. "Now why would you make me come and get it?"

"Because she is sexually attracted to you and it is an obvious innuendo for what she really wants," He sighed resting his head on the table.
