"…" Robin's heart was pounding as he continued trying to speak, but couldn't. Tears of frustration came to his eyes, and he looked away.

Sienne ran into someone again, "Sorry!" she signed.

"HELP!" she cried as the monster slashed her arm.

Help… help… how do I help? He hesitated before stepping between the creature and the girl. I can communicate with animals! Hey! Leave her alone! He stood still, but his legs were shaking. The creature halted.

Liam stood dumbfounded as the random boy walked straight into the path of a…. Girl… it was the most horrifying creature Liam had ever seen.. well, besides his sister.

Kari doesn't seem to know what to do with herself. Turning around, she sees a feline beast, a mouth full of teeth and a growl rumbling in its chest. Taking a chance, she holds out a hand. Seeing the creature butt its head against her hand. Not being able to feel it. Kari falls to her knees and starts crying into the creature's fur.

Robin looked up at Liam and shook his head slightly. Almost… but not really. Right? I knew I needed to help, and I knew I could. Hey! Stay back! He snapped his head back towards the creature, which was approaching. It stepped back again at his sharp thoughts and stayed where it was.

Silight confused by the boys silence, he became even more so when the boy looked like the was telepathically talking to the ‘not so’ terrifying beast.

”You need water?” Liam asked, titling his head to the side, “Or do you have a sore throat?”
