(oh should I count Vien's familiar as a pet? it's basically a tiny dragon sort of thing that looks sort of like monster hunter's gogmazios that sometimes pops up when it feels like it. he can also bring it to full size using his own magic but it takes a ridiculous amount of energy to do so)
