Jordan looks down at the paper, picking it up
"Hey!" Tempest said. She snatched the paper out of his hands.

"Just some bullshit. Don't ask about it." She tucked a strand of hair that was in her face behind her ear and placed the paper carefully into the backpack, zipping it tightly closed.
Jordan narrows his eyes, suspicious of her now but he didn't do anything about it.
She threw her arms into the air. "I saw that look, Jordan. It's just a letter from someone I used to care about. But I don't like talking about it."
"Oooo. A boyfriend?" He teases
"Actually, a girlfriend."

"Oh. I knew it." He smiles
"That isn't to say I don't like guys. I mean, I'm just always so confused about love and shit. Do I like guys? Do I like girls? Truth is, I like both." She stumbled over her words and flushed.
He raises a brow, nodding slowly, "Are you going to try and find her?"
"No way. She can jump off a cliff for all I care."
"Oh. Then why do you still have that?" He gestures to the bag

Isaac listened in on their conversation, wondering if he should butt in. Not yet. She's so close to telling Jordan what it says….
"I don't know. She sent it to me right after I was brought here." Tempest gestured to the building. "Her address is on it. I might someday find her again. But all I'm going to do is break her nose. She's the reason I don't really like girls that much anymore."
"Why though?" He looks up at Isaac then back at Tempest, "What is so bad about it?"
"Hmm, let me think. It's none of your business."
"Then why are you even explaining it?!"
