The what kind of villain thing is their power right?

Name:Skylur Allen (aka Hacker)

What kind of villain {ie what do they do}: They have a power where they can type anything on a phone or electronic, send it to a TV and big screen, and whoever reads it, if their name or soething near it is in the sentence, they become mind-controlled. She can also dampen a superheros powers when their near her, which makes her really dangerous and murderous.

What kind of villain: Tech villain, builds stuff and has developed a type of technology that mimics magic.

Sexuality: uh…attracted to danger?
Personality: Outwardly, seems like a good guy, has a refined dialect, very gentlemanly…but is really very manipulative, sadistic, even on the border of abusive to people that he’d call his ‘friends’. He does anything to get to where he wants to be, regardless of how morally ‘wrong’ it may be.
Appearance:Brown hair, hazel eyes. Always insists on having every part of his appearance perfect and pristine.
Outfit: The School uniform…the one that no one except him and maybe one other person wears.
Backstory: Finns’ mother was a cold and manipulative person. He followed suit after her but took it to the next extreme when she not only became emotionally but physically abusive. ((More to be revealed))
Other: (Optional) loves cats and has a soft spot for little kids. Also a germaphobe.

Personality: Virgil used to be a meek nerd that was bullied for his blindness and his wanting to become a hero, he is now a force of chaos that refuses to be stopped.
Appearance: Virgil has dark brown hair that is dyed black at the end, it borders a narrow face with pale skin and a bunch of freckles. He has a thin, lanky frame and long narrow fingers.
Outfit: A large black hoodie and black ripped jeans. He has black combat boots and a black beanie. His villain uniform is a dark looking cloak with small-scale designs on it that, when attacked, harden and become a shield.
Other: Virgil is blind, but that doesn't stop him from being a force of chaos.
