“We’re not that different then… apart from the whole dragon… thing…”

“What do you mean?” She asked crumpling her paper and putting her garbage on her tray

“I’m a shadowsinger. I can blend, move through and control shadows. I can also winnow and mist people but it comes with emense strain… also there’s mind control and manipulation….” her cheeks flushed red with embarrassment.

“Cool! I wonder if you can control the shadows I create.” She looked up and asked Eira “would you - would you maybe like to hang out after school? It’s ok if you don’t want to!” She said quickly.

“Oh, sure yeah… that’d be great.” She felt a little flushed but grinned for the first time in a while.

"Good, slightly boring. I guess supernatural schools still have normal classes."

"Yeah, sadly. Because I don't have the ability to use magic I don't get to be part of those fancy magic using classes." She shrugged a little, then added, "At least I have band though."

“Oh, sure yeah… that’d be great.” She felt a little flushed but grinned for the first time in a while.

“Ok meet me by library and we’ll go to the theatre. There’s a new marvel movie playing and tickets are half off! I’ll pay since I was the one who asked you to hang! Then we can go to the park!” She said very excitedly.

“Sounds good,” Eira replied, feeling very excited herself.

(sighs. I think I should drop out of this, I'm not participating in this that much my character still hasn't made any friends.)

(Ah, okay, I'll just introduce my character then. I'm presuming it's still lunch x)

White bomber jacket, ripped shorts, black wedges that echoed as they hit the floor and flowers following her footsteps - Di was practically dripping confidence as she entered the cafeteria. She looked around for a spare seat, preferably one with fewer people… not that she didn't like people, but more so because her brother had recently transferred to a different school, leaving her alone. Seeing an almost empty table nearby, she strutted over and sat down, ready to get her phone out and text whoever.

Alex was startled at the newcomer at her little empty table that sat in the shadows of the cafeteria. "H-hi." She whispered softly. Sometimes, she wished she wasn't so shy.

Di looked up from her phone and saw a small face staring back at her shyly. Tucking her phone back into her handbag, she crossed her legs and gave the stranger a grin. "Hey, I'm Di. Di Lawrence, you know? My parents are pretty famous - andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) and Michelle Lawrence - anyway, we're druids, so don't mind the flowers that just, you know, show up." Di rambled, indicating to the small tulips that were oddly scattered around her.

Alex looked VERY confused. She shook her head and fixed her eyes on the ground. "I-Im Alex." It was barely a whisper and nerves were starting to overcome her.

"Ah," Di realized, nodding her head. "I tend to talk too much sometimes. And people say I'm way too loud, but who cares? But yeah, I've heard of you. Quiet, shy, introverted type - I'll try to be less, well, me." She added with a whisper similar to the level of Alex's, a playful smile tugging at the corner of her crimson lips. "Anyway, what're you studying?"

"I'm not studying, I just got here." She tried to make her voice more bearable and raised it up a bit, trying to calm her nerves.

Di raised her eyebrows and leaned forwards. "So that's why I only heard about you today then, huh? I'm studying mage psychiatry, you know, get to see inside people's minds a little. I mean, it would help if I was actually a mage and not a druid," she added underneath her breath. "but hey, who am I to complain? And you… you look like you have a very interesting mind."

Alex stiffened a bit and tried to decide if she really wanted to confide in this new person. "I was only sent here because…..because so wasn't normal." Her voice quaked a bit. "My powers, they were too dangerous and I couldn't control it. "

Di suddenly gave a massive grin before biting her bottom lip excitedly and crossing her legs. "Too dangerous? Oh, sweetheart," her eyes glowed gold slightly, but it was gone before it was even there. "Danger and I go really, really well together. Like a house on fire. So… what exactly is dangerous about you?"

(What is Di' s fears?)

(Idk, she has psychotic tendencies and is more on the sociopathic scale, so there's not much but I'd say falling in love. Cliche, but it's just a trait I thought would suit her x)

(Definitely, it's one of my favourite franchises lol x)

(Yep, only Alex can cause your worse fears and she can read peoples minds. That's all she can do, unlike Scarlet Witch who can move buildings and stuff.)
