(He lost a bunch of weight and he has a dark spot on his skin, he'll get a lot of those if he gets worse. They're painful and seeing one means he's doing really bad.)

Fleur saw a flicker of something dark on his skin. She felt a lump form in her throat. "A… A tattoo?" she asked softly, hoping she was right.

She kissed his hair. "Why won't you tell me what's wrong?" she asked softly.

“I don’t like it when you’re sad,” he whispered in response.
