“She hates me,” he mumbled. “I should have just had the damn kid with her. She said maybe not the first kid but I won’t be alive by the time she has 2. I won’t ever get to meet her kids,” he realized the last part suddenly and cried harder. “How can she be so heartless?”
Lillian held Cooper tightly. She wanted to kill Belle. It wasn't just hurt, no it was a bloodlust, "I don't know."
“I told her I was ready to die so she’d be happy but I’m not ready. I don’t want to die. I’m not ready,” he shook.
"Then don't die," Lillian said quietly, "Live and we can make things right. I promise."
“I don’t know how. I need her but I said goodbye. I hate making her upset and that what my presence does to her.” The truss wanted her to be happy which also killed Cooper.
"I'll talk to her, and then once she's," understands the price of this fucking decision and the people in her life it will cost, "Ready, then I'll let you talk to her."
