School RP (Closed 😬Stalkers welcome)

"We should go after her!" Darren shot a concerned look to Lillian.

Lillian walked over to the phone and picked it up. The messenger app was open. She didn't read any of the messages and instead walked back to Darren, "Let's go after her!"

"I can't go into the bathroom for obvious reasons…" Darren looked defeated at the sign on the door that read 'Women's Restroom'.

Lillian tried the handle, "And she locked the door."

She pounded against the door, "Paige are you okay?!"

Paige leaned against the wall and sobbed. She slid down, letting her shoulder blades grate against the tile walls and buried her head in her arms.

"Is it still illegal to pick locks?" Darren whispered to Lillian… "'Cause I can…"

Lillian looked to Darren. She stepped back from the door, "Be my guest."

"Paige, you can talk to us, you know that," Darren said in the most compassionate voice he could muster despite his anxiety.

"Don't come in!" Paige yelled, her shoulders quaking.

He kept talking so Paige wouldn't notice the sound of Darren picked the lock.

When he was done he didn't open the door he just sat down and respected Paige's request.

"Don't come in, go away!" Paige yelled again.

"It's okay… I won't. Can we just- just talk from here?"

"I don't want to talk," Paige replied indignantly.

"We just want to know what happened," Lillian said. She understand how hypocritical she was being considering how earlier she refused to tell Paige how she got her black eye.

"Can I just sit with you then?"

"If you need to talk I'll be right here."

Darren rested his head up against the wall next to the bathroom and silently gestured for Lillian to sit next to him. He seemed almost annoyed that he couldn't get through to Paige but he knew that somethings just took time.

Paige was breathing heavily, and she clamped a hand over her mouth to calm her rasping breaths. She didn't reply.

Lillian sat next to Darren. She sighed and pulled out Paige's phone. She then placed it next to her.

"It would be really wrong to go through her texts…" Darren sighed staring at the phone then meeting Lillian's eyes.

Don't read those texts, don't read those texts, Paige prayed.

(I'll just pretend Lloyd followed them lmao)
"Paige." Lloyd said calmly. "I need you to calm down. Take deep breaths, relax. When you're ready, please tell us what's going on."

Lillian looked into his eyes nodded, "Yes it would. I haven't yet, and I don't plan to. Unless it seems really serious."

Darren stood up and paced outside the bathroom, his anxiety only growing.

"I won't… I can respect her right to privacy." Darren agreed

Paige heard Lloyd and shook her head wildly side to side. My friends, my best friends…

Lillian stood up and looked to Darren, "I know. Everything's going to be okay Darren."

"It's her business. If she wishes that we don't read these 'texts' you're talking about, then we shant. What is a text, by the way?" Lloyd had never owned a phone. He never had need for one, as ordinary human phones couldn't contact his family and he didn't care about apps or anything.

"It's a message you send to people on phones… You can have conversations stuff." Darren looked in disbelief for a second before remembering what Lloyd was.
