"Okay." She saluted and nodded furiously.
Sci-Fi RP with my character Ellis (CLOSED)
Seth poked her head into the control room. "A Class 10? Shit, what's comin' at us?" she asked.
Gaia rushed through her pocket and grabbed her black knife, almost as big as a dagger. She held it at her side, ready to defend herself.
(idk what she should be doing, im sorry for my cluelessness.)
"Are we using those funny looking pulsar weapons?!" Ellen blurted, panicking.
Ellis turned slowly. "The whats? Do tell me more Ellen."
Ellen clapped her hands over her mouth. Dammit. "Umm…"
Seth laughed. "Ohhh girl, you busted!"
Gaia looked over. "What weapons? This knife won't do shit against ghosties."
"You've been sniffing around below have you?"
"Wait, there's a "below"?" Gaia asked, her gaze curious and panicked.
"I swear I wasn't a part of it." Mariko crossed her arms.
Ellen swallowed nervously. She hoped Ellis wouldn't hit her. "We were looking for paint, and I thought the storage bay would be a good place to look, and I looked in one of the cabinets, and there was a canister that sounded funny, and I opened it." Her voice rose as she started explaining faster.
Ellis shook his head. "Where else have you been poking around?"
"Nowhere!" She blurted. She didn't want Ellis to get more pissed at her.
Seth noticed Ellen getting panicked. She placed a hand on her shoulder. "I was there too. We found you black market weapons." she said.
"Whaaa?" Gaia glanced from person to person. "This is more surprising than you throwing a birthday party."
Ellis squinted. "Okay. I should probably clear this up. We're not facing a ghost. A Class 10 is a celestial being of dangerous proportions. By the description from the man in the village, a demon. Those guns you found down below will take care of it. But we gotta lead it away from the ship. It's attracted to my scent because of….reasons.""
She leaned forward, "Do tell."
Ellen nodded. "Yeah."
"A demon!!" Gaia shrieked. "H-how??" She paused. "Wait, we're on another planet, so why can't demons exist?" She muttered, looking sacred.
"Right. It doesn't matter why. Let's go."
Gaia was puzzled at the "Oi" but quickly snapped out of it.
(are we going to flee on the ship or run around and kill it?)
(We gotta kill it bro)
Ellis nodded. "Okay, Mariko, stay here and keep the ship hot in case of getaway. Conner, Gaia, and Seth are coming with me. Ellen, you're staying here."
"Why?" Ellen asked.
"Safety reasons."
"But what if the demon comes here?!" She asked, trying not to panic.
"Mariko knows how to deal with this type of thing. There's also a back door down below." Ellis reassured.
"O-okay." Ellen gulped. She hadn't really given much thought to how serious this was before. Now, she was kind of scared.
Seth darted to her lab. "Let me grab the Thingy #204!" she quickly opened one of the crates and pulled out the gun, grasping it firmly in her hand. She hurried back to the others.
The soft sound of a breeze was heard. Then cold air drifted steadily into the room. Ellis took a deep breath. "Change of plans. Go to my room."
