"That's not stupidity, that's just you trying too hard to be rebellious," he said.

"I was trying to figure out what it was, man." She shook her head. "Not rebellion, curiosity."

"You don't ignore your dad's shout over simple curiosity." He tilted his head.

"Well-okay, maybe. But that's…that's not just it. It's complicated, dude." She was fiddling with her dog togs again, staring down at the table.

He shrugged. "You're right. I don't know your whole life."

"Nope." She popped the 'p' just as the guy from the counter set their food down. "And even if you did, it still probably wouldn't make sense."

"Can't be as bad as mine." He said with a shrug.

"No, probably not." She slid his pizza slices to him before grabbing the coffee she'd ordered.

"Thanks," he said, immediately digging into his pizza.

She sipped her coffee with a smile, raising an eyebrow at his enthusiasm. Her own pizza went untouched. "Do you ever eat?"

"I get hungry after fights," he said between bites.

"Do you need chocolate, too?" She asked, biting her lip to keep from laughing as she slid her plate towards him.

Guinevere sighed, walking past the Stark building, toying with a quarter in the palm of her hand. Her face was blank, obviously bored, when she got an idea. Her mouth turned into a mischievous grin.
Let's see if the Starks are home. Dad always had fun playing with them, so why shouldn't I?
Gwen shrugged off the grin, literally walking up to the Stark tower's front door and ringing the doorbell (if such thing is on the Stark tower since we hardly ever get to see the entrance in the movies-or I'm completely wrong and we do…).

"Go away," came Tony Stark's voice from some hidden speaker, "Peggy's across the street in the cafe."

God, I hate him. Always thinking that he's better than everyone else. Guess I'll go bother this 'Peggy', whoever she is. Don't know why he thinks we'd be friends, though.
Gwen rolled her eyes in response, turning around and walking swiftly across the street towards the cafe. When she entered, she drew attention to herself by yelling, "Ms. Peggy Stark?"
