Klaus bit his bottom lip, still holding back a fit of laughter.

Peggy looked between the two, still snickering, before looking at Klaus and waggling her eyebrows.

Silas stared at Peggy and Klaus "I ship you two maniacs." He announced, smirking

He let out a small snort at the eyebrow wiggling and turned to Silas. "Um….thanks?"

Athena snickered silently. She could see it.

"Is this, like, a shared thought between you two?" He asked with a raised eyebrow, flicking his eyes between Silas and Athena.

"ESP." Peggy whispered, feigning a paranoid look.

Klaus rolled his eyes. "You know you're ridiculous, right?"

"Is this, like, a shared thought between you two?" He asked with a raised eyebrow, flicking his eyes between Silas and Athena.

Silas feigned shock and looked at Atiena "no, did I say something?"

"No, but neither did I," Atiena responded.

"See?" Peggy threw her hands up as she turned to Klaus. "Call me ridiculous all you want, but I know what I'm talking about!"

"You are ridiculous, so I will continue to do so," he said.
He grunted as he leaned the wrong way and the edge of the pad under his arm dug into his armpit, gritting his teeth.
"Ow."

Peggy sighed, shaking her head. "Do you need help? Scratch that, you need to go sit. I'll get you back to the tower, and then I'll worry about the fight."

Klaus opened his mouth to protest, but the idea sounded pretty damn good after a moment of thought.
"Alright, I guess. We cant go into the lab, though."

"Rec room or something." Peggy said, stepping over to his side to offer support.

He leaned into her gratefully, all thoughts of embarrassment momentarily forgotten.
"Is there anything the Stark tower doesn't have?"

"A pool." She answered instantly. "I'm working on that, though."

He snorted. "A pool would be awesome. If only I could swim."

"Don't worry, we'll add a kiddie area for you to learn in." She teased. Luckily, he wasn't too much taller than her, so it was easy for her to help him.

"Will I get floaties?" He asked, mick hope laced through his voice

"I'll design little Iron Man floaties for you." She said, biting her lip to hold back laughter.

"Fuck yeah, bro. So, are we gonna go, or are we just gonna sit here cuddling while standing?" He asked, readjusting the crutch. "It's not a sentence I ever thought I'd say, but there's a first time for everything, I guess."

(Bumpers?)

Atiena looked between them, "I suggest we move."

"Cuddling sounds nice, but you need to sit." Peggy said with a snort, looking to Atiena. "You comin'?"

"More company's always welcome," he said, smiling at the 'cuddling sounds nice' comment.

"Yeah I'll come," Atiena put her hands in her pockets.

"Let's go get you somewhere comfy." Peggy said, helping him towards the door. "Atiena, right?"

"Yes, that's my name," Atiena rolled her eyes, "Not like you can forget it."

He raised his eyebrow in confusion, but said nothing. Seemed like an odd comment.
