"Then you would be taking care of both me and James." He mutters softly.

"I know that." He mumbled, nuzzling into his chest.

V smiles a little but winces as he shifts into a more comfortable position.

Max glanced at V when he winced. "You okay?" He asked, a slightly worried look on his face.

"Mhm… Just hurts." He mutters.

"Where?" He asked.

"Mostly where the blade dug into my skin, so stomach."

"Okay then," Max looked at him and kissed him before cuddling into him again.

Velius smiles and holds him as he rests.

He nuzzled his shoulder as he shut his eyes, wrapping his arms around Velius.

Velius shuts his eyes, falling asleep slowly.

Max also fell asleep after a few seconds.

Max had already woken up and was in the kitchen, making breakfast for him and Velius.

Velius slowly opens his eyes with a groan. His body ached everywhere. Where were his pain meds?

Max was still cooking because yes.

V slowly tried to get out of bed but ends up stumbling and falling.

Max heard some noises and quickly went into the bedroom to see what was happening.

V groans, sitting up and holding his stomach.

"Oh my god, are you okay?" He asked, quickly walking over to V and bending down in front of him.

V nods slowly. "Y-yeah…"

"Are you sure?" Max asked, quickly helping V get up.

V nods again, taking a deep breath. "Yeah… I'll be okay."

Max nodded slightly. "Okay then." He kissed V's forehead before helping him to the living room.

V smiles and walks with him. "Thank you, love."

"No problem." He mumbled. He went over to the kitchen again after he helped V sit down on the couch and quickly finished making breakfast.

V rests on the couch, glad to in the others company.

Max put the food on V's plate and handed it to him, a small smile on his face.

V smiles in thanks.

He smiled back and did the same after he took another plate, he then sat down next to V and glanced at him.
