From outside came the sound of a vehicle approaching, then the rumble of the gates as the hunters let it in. Then a roar, and an extremely loud crashing. Some men shouted incoherently to each other, and several people ran by Pluto's door towards the commotion.
"It's on fire!" someone yelled.
Then, the furious roaring formed into words. "Let them go! You let my family go, or I'll kill you all, human scum!"

Pluto's eyes widened. "Fire? FIRE?!" she yelled, hopping off the bed. "Ohhh, o, net, nichego, krome etogo…*" she started to mutter, looking around the room for her jacket. She let out a string of curses when she couldn't find it, and resolved to running out into the hallway. "Where's the fire?!" she yelled at someone running by

There was an explosion from the open ground by the gate, and another roar. The man quickly ran off towards the demon pens, saying something about getting a corral ready.
"I don't know where the gate is but I can help!" Pluto yelled, gesturing to her wings
