Ajax sat cross-legged on the floor, right outside the cafeteria. Students passed by and he studied each one of their faces, waiting for Lily.

Lilly looked nervous as she made her way to the cafeteria, hoping Jay wouldn't see either of them. She saw Ajax and waved at him with a small smile. "Hey."

He got his feet quickly as he waved back. "Hey!" He nodded his head towards the front doors, not taking his eyes off her face– she seemed on edge.

Lilly glanced at the front doors, making sure Jay wasn't there before looking back at Ajax. "Why are you staring me at me like that?"

He didn’t look away. « You look nervous. Let’s go. » He turned and led her towards the doors, keeping his head down.

Lilly nodded, following Ajax while looking out for Jay. Why is he still looking at me? Whatever. Let's just hope Jay doesn't see me.

They walked out into the lot out front, and Ajax stopped by a tree. “Is here okay?”

Lilly nodded, still looking on edge as she glanced at the place. "Yea, any place is fine."
