"What are you talking about?" Missy snapped, still dizzy from sleep.

Cody flinched at her sharp reply. "I dropped a wrench in the crack in the floor down in the engine room? I reached in and the jagged edges got me…"

Missy noticed the scratch and gagged.

"Oh sorry. " Cody cringed. Why do you mess everything up?

"No, you're-" Missy gagged again and looked down. "Sorry. I don't like blood. Why I'm not a medic, reason number one."

Cody realized that he had bled through the wrapping. "Crap. I'll go change it."

Missy nodded. "You do that."

Cody headed back to the medbay and found the gauze. He wrapped the wound as best as he could, which wasn't pretty but it was secure. He headed back to the main hold and plopped down next to Missy.

Missy shuffled through the papers, groaning.

"What's up?" He asked, peeking over her shoulder.

"I was tired last night, so I messed up a row. Now the whole thing is screwed and I have to start all over," Missy moaned.

“That’s terrible.” Astrum chirped, entering the room. (To my understanding, it’s a room.)

Missy hissed and put her head in her arms.

Cody patted her back. "There there….I wish I could help."

“Wait, why are you starting over on?”

"Supply count," Missy answered heavily.

“Oh.” Astrum nodded.

"I'm so screwed. I'll never finish this!" Missy flung up her hands in defeat.

"I'll help!" Cody volunteered. "Just tell me what to do."

"I don't think you want to," Missy warned.

"No I do! It's what a good captain does."

"Okay…" Missy smiled. "But let the record show that I warned you." She looked pointedly at "the record". (It's Astrum.)

"Wait what am I supposed to say?" Astrum asked, a little frantic, "Like, it was bad, but not too bad."

Cody rolled his eyes and smiled. "I can handle it!"

"Okay," Missy raised her eyebrows.
