"Watch it elf-ears." Someone said and shoved past Nienna. "Jerk!" Nienna called after them before rolling her eyes and checking her schedule. It says that I should be going to a classroom for my presentation. After quickly looking over her map, she hopefully walked in the direction she thought it was.
Uriah, stood out a bit because he always wore a tuxedo, like most Demons did. The school was bigger then he thought it was going to be, but it was beautiful. There weren't as many Demons as other creatures and he felt a bit out of place. He walked into the class with his books and glasses on, he sat at the back of the class because he hated sitting to close to the teacher. Opening his book he began to read as he waited for other to show up.

Aram almost got lost in the way to class. He arrived later than most of the other students and had to pick from one of the few available seats left. There was a seat near the back that he had his eyes on. He walked up to it and slung his bag over the back of the chair. Aram sat down, but he was a little tall for the desk, as usual.

Danielle opened the door to the room, stepping aside so Riverpaw could go in. "M'lady." She said jokingly, and Riverpaw giggled as she stepped in.
Nienna took a deep breath before walking into the classroom and took a seat from the back.
Uriah looked up from his book and noticed more people had entered and now two people sat next to him. He didn't notice them at all, the book he was reading was too good. He smiled at a funny part showing his fangs.
Wow so many people. Nienna thought to herself as people started to fill the classroom, she felt a bit out of sorts since she was one of the few people who had weapons on them.

Riverpaw looked around as Danielle scooted closer and pointed to someone across the room. "Hey, hey, check it out. Cute demon." Riverpaw nodded absent-mindedly and reached into her bag to get a coloring book. Danielle gave her a look.
"Did you seriously-"
"Yes, I did. I don't wanna sit here scouting out cute students until the presentation starts. You want a page?"
"No! What are you, five?…yes please."
Riverpaw giggled and pulled out a pack of colored pencils.

Durbin watched several people, a few elves, and shifters, and a demon, among others enter the room. He put a pin in studying, as the teacher stepped out.
"Good evening class, and welcome to Magni Lux Academy, I'm Ms. Teller." She said.
"Its a book of spells, I just read this funny one. I can't actually do any of them but it's an interesting read." He handed him the book so he could have a look.

“Oh, that’s fun. I actually know how to do a little bit of that kind of magic myself. I’ll have to find another copy of it somewhere,” Aram remarked.
He checked a couple of pages and took note of the title, then handed the book back.

Durbin scanned the room, looking around the shelves. A few textbooks were there, as was an out of place looking grimoire.
He chuckled.

Nienna noticed what looked like an angel sitting next to her. "Um hey I'm Nienna, are you new here too?"
Uriah pushed it back. "You can have it, it's not like it's any use to me." He smiled before turning back to the teacher. He didn't like math much, but he wasn't going to fail, that's one thing he hated.
Durbin counted the students up as the teacher took roll herself. A group of vamps, two shifters, if he had to guess, one was a canine and the other was rodentlike. There weere two elves, two dwarves, and an orc, as well as what was probably a demon and a human too. There were others there too.

He turned towards the teacher and accidentally slammed his knee on the desk. Aram swore loudly enough that people halfway across the classroom probably heard.
