Avrey shook his head, squeezing Kenji gently and helping him to the ground. He held him in his arms as he laid the other in his lap. "Kenji…"

" I'm sorry.." he said and curled his legs and arms around avrey
Avrey intertwined with Kenji, sobbing softly. "Dont. Dont apologize. Please. Its not your fault."
" can we go back to the dorms? Please.." he pleaded softly
Avrey nodded, taking Kenji in his arms as slow tears ran down his face. Im going to have to tell one of the officers… He thought to himself as he held the other as close as possible. How? How did this happen??
Kenji end up falling asleep in avreys arms, his tear soaked face seeming finally relaxed
Avrey smiled at his relaxed face, then carefully made his way back to their dorm. He set Kenji down on the bed. Never taking his eyes off him as he inspected the bruises along his wrists. "Oh god…"
Kenji would jerk softly when his wrists were touched " stop.." he mumbled in his sleep. " Please.." he whined out..
Avrey quicly was at Kenjis side, nudging him softly. "Hey, hey its okay. Its okay."
Kenji opened his eyes a bit. Pulling his arms and wrists under the blanket.
Avrey pulled the blankets over the other, sighing as he stroked Kenji’s hair. He started to tear up again, wondering how this could have happened to him
kenji sighed " can you lay with me?"
Avrey nodded, pulling up the covers and laying next to Kenji, continuing to stroke his hair. “I love you.” He whispered. “Everything is going to be okay.”
" i love you an i know.."
Avrey sighed, pulling Kenji closer as more small tears ran down his face. “I’m so sorry”
kenji wiped his tears " its not your fault.." he said softly and nuzzled his head underneath avreys
Avrey held Kenji’s head, wrapping his arms around the other. “But… but I should have come sooner. I should have stopped him…”
" there was nothing you could do.." he said softly
Avrey started to cry again, holding Kenji tightly. “That’s what I hate the most.”
kenji teared up, holding the other.
Avrey cried, a wave of conflicting emotions washing over him as he kept his grip on Kenji, just wanting to go back in time and change things.
kenji held avrey, rubbing his back softly " its okay.."
Avery shook his head. “It’s not. It’s not okay.”
" no, what happened wasnt okay.. but im just trying to comfort you.." kenji said
Avrey hugged him tighter. "No. Im supposed to comfort you."
kenji sighed, nuzzling into avrey
Avrey sniffed, softly cuddling Kenji and sighing. "Lets skip the rest of our classes. I dont want you going."
" o..okay..'
"Do you need anything?"
