Subject 0018 (futuristic/sci-fi/kinda fantasy-ish) - ONE PERSON NEEDED

Everyone knew it was only a matter of time before another world war started. Tensions had been high between countries for years. Peace negotiations faded into the background. Rumours and whispers began.

With technology advancing at the rate it was, governments pulled money from things like foreign aid and education and gave it to weapons research and manufacturing instead.

But powerful new weapons were nothing without the right people to wield them.

So, scientists began to experiment on humans, trying to create the perfect super-soldier. After much trial and error, they found that a specific type of person was the ideal candidate for experimentation.

Of course, all of this was extremely illegal, so the scientists couldn’t just ask members of the public to volunteer. Instead, they had potential candidates “arrested” and then taken to their labs.

And so, on the 17th of September 2043 at 3:18 am, the first super-soldier was created, named "subject 0018".

Characters needed:

Appearance: Natural: white hair cut in a pixie cut; gold eyes; deep blue skin with white freckles
With glamour: dark brown hair cut in a pixie cut (sometimes with white patches); dull grey eyes; pale skin with freckles
Backstory: it's complicated and will be revealed later if needed.

Personality: shy, anxious. Doesn’t like meeting new people but for the people she likes she is fun, bubbly, loyal and protective
Appearance:

Backstory: came from an abusive family and doesn’t like physical contact that much, they sent her to the facility to get rid of her
Other (Hogwarts house, glasses or no, etc.): raven claw, has to wear glasses, has lots and lots of scars and wounds, loves being out at night.

Personality: Surprisingly laid-back, funny, astute yet personable, but rather bleak, and even sometimes morbid. Morally grey. While he's usually a bit of a realist with some idealist flair. Expressive but not overemotional.
Appearance: Rather tall, with thick black hair and dark eyes. He has "eyeliner", which is actually his species markings.
Abilities: Some psychic powers, can transform into his species true form which I will eventually describe.
Background: A street-kid who travels from place to place, arrested when he was deemed the "type of kid nobody will miss" and such for the experiment.
Other: Some knowledge on how government organizations work, detailed knowledge on the criminal underworld via exposure.

Powers/Abilities: Enhanced sight; can see through walls, heat signatures, and see microscopic cells at will, though he sees normal most of the time.
Personality: Shy, quirky, appreciative, extremely observant, thinks too much, LOVES and hates meeting new people, kind of detached, likes reading about the outside world if they let him, self-conscious, can be funny without knowing it, craves knowledge, kind of depressed.
Appearance: Long and shaggy chestnut brown hair, fair skin, eyes with no irises or pupils; just all plain white, 5'11, long eyelashes, needle scars up and down his forearm.
Backstory: He was found abandoned on the doorstep of a fire station and taken to an orphanage, he was then taken into a hospital once they saw his eyes, and the scientists and others tried to hide it from the public; as it looked like they were lying about how the eye works and whether or not he was completely human. He's spent the largest portion of his life in different research facilities studying his blood, dna, and eyes, so he doesn't know much about the outside world.
Other (Hogwarts house, glasses or no, etc.): They made him customized coloured contact lenses which he refuses to wear.

Backstory: He father used to run the place but died of a sickness. She was his only child and took over, but many people thought she was too young and didn't want her to, so now she out to prove she can run the place better than her father. Never knew her mom.
Other: Her hair is put up most the time and she wears black glasses.
