Naoki found Alanna, "Hey, Alanna, do you know why most everyone is so nervous?" he asked, still oblivious to the upcoming test.

(I dunno, Levi's just there getting a workout in… Maybe there are three parts to the test…

One measuring the physical abilities of the students that takes place in a simulator that has an ability dampener so they can't use their abilities… (I said "abilities way too much.)

One measuring the mental abilities of the students in a classroom which also has a power dampener to prevent them from using their abilities as well…

And one that tests their inhuman skills.)

“Because we have a test.” Alanna stated plainly, “… you didn’t know?”

Naoki's eyes widened, "That's what I was forgetting today!!!" he cried, "Crap.."

“Oh my gosh Naoki.” Alanna facepalmed, the she sighed, “I believe we’re testing on our mental ablities, physical abilities, and power abilities.”

"Well, we know which one I'm not going to do well in," he groaned.

“Mental abilities?” Alanna snorted.

"How'd you guess?" Naoki groaned, "So, are we supposed to go somewhere special?"

“What do you mean somewhere special?” Alanna asked, opening her backpack.

"Like, a specific classroom? The gym? The courtyard?" Naoki listed examples.

“For the test?”

"Yeah," Naoki nodded.

“They didn’t say,” Alanna sighed, “sorry.”

"It's not your fault, don't worry," Naoki waved it off, "Ya know, I'll just follow you," he decided.

“Oh my gosh Naoki.” Alanna laughed, she closed her backpack. “Whelp I guess we should first head to first period, maybe they’ll announce something.”

"Good, we both have the same first period, so I can go ahead and follow you," Naoki sighed in relief.

“Mhmm,” Alanna nodded, “I now crown you as an official penguin.”

'Anyone else at school yet?' Lira asked the others telepathically.

'Hi,' Naoki thought, 'I'm here.'

'Hey.' LIra replied. 'Me and Levi are in the gym.'
