Superhero RP!!! overpowered and under powered heroes welcome

Make a superhero on earth or within the solar system. You can use concepts from existing superhero movies/comics, but the people from those stories are not directly involved. Try using young people with real problems. Add emotions. Have fun!

Sparrow Madison, aka Luna.
personality: humorous, likes to be a leader, good friend
flaws: can be a complainer
outfit: sleeveless black top with metal teardrop shapes on sleeves and down back. Two purple stripes down front. Belt. Black pants. Boots. Purple armbands.
Powers: telekinesis, energy manipulation, flight, limited telepathy
species: mutant

Name: Andi Tiucs, aka Scarlett
Personality: Confident, bold, friendly, determined, serious, control freak, passionate in a "cold" way
Flaws: A bit of a control freak
outfit: Black tinted goggles that cover half of her face, maroon red sweater (for warmth) over black and maroon red supersuit, knee-high black combat boots, black utility belt of homemade weapons
Powers: Energy manipulation and enhanced senses. Also greater strength, speed, stamina, and intelligence than a normal human being.
Species: Mutant

Okay, I'll give it a go-

Name: Mia French, aka Blink
Personality: likes to blend in with the background, shy, tries her hardest to bring justice
Flaws: insecure, doesn't trust people easily
Looks: shoulder-length brown hair normally kept in a short braid, light blue eyes, freckles, very skinny, on the short side
Outfit: brown leather jacket, skinny jeans, knee-high boots, toolbelt
Power: teleportation, some telekinesis, limited invisibility
Species: mutant

Name: Reyna Thorne, aka Diamond
Personality: shy and standoffish, but super funny and outgoing once she opens up (talking for hours about random things)
Flaws: ignores people, sometimes on purpose and sometimes by accident
Outfit: Black leggings and a black long sleeve that comes to a turtleneck and boots that come to mid calf and then kind of disappear into her leggings. Black hair and silver/blue eyes
Powers: she creates a substance that is a diamond, but with the fracture pattern of skin (diamonds are super strong but they can fracture really easily if you hit them right, on the other hand skin is weak, but doesn't even have a fracture pattern). Basically these diamonds are indestructible. She uses them as projectiles or she can coat her body in them like armor.
Species: Mutant

Sparrow peered over her shoulder, trying to be inconspicuous. This was an undercover mission, and looking calm was not one of her specialties. She stirred her coffee and tried to focus on the quiet beeping sound coming from her tracking device. If he (a villain of some sort. any ideas?) was anywhere 200 feet within the area, the beeping would speed up, and she would have to alert the rest of the team.

Soaking wet, with her nerves set on edge, Diamond sat on the lower branches of a tree on the edge of 200 ft range, watching and waiting for Him to arrive. All she wanted was to hear Sparrow's alert and finally be able to move. Why was this taking so long?

She leaned against a brick wall near an alleyway entrance, trying to spy on the enemy without looking too conspicuous. As he passed by, he looked her way, and their eyes met. Blink's heartbeat quickened in panic, but he didn't hold the stare long, dropping his eyes and continuing on his way. She nearly sighed in relief. Had Sparrow sighted him yet? (Does the villain have powers?)

I think being is a team would be good.

(I assume that we are, but I'm not really sure. @Topbanana555 said that anything goes, so whatever you end up doing will probably be fine. A rival superhero gang would be fun, just as an idea.)

(Rival superheroes would be fun, but who is going to play them? Also, is someone playing the villain or will we all play him?)

(I'm not sure if anyone already is playing the villain, but I'd be willing to. Multiple people playing one character might mess up the personality, but I don't think one person should have complete control over more than one character… if more than one person were to control a character, they would have to agree on the character's personality.)

That sounds good, but the set up so far is as a team.

(I think we gave the impression that we're a group already, maybe each character could have flashbacks as to how they joined the group? And if we are a group, that would raise more questions, such as stuff about the headquarters, the group name, etc.)

(yea I like flashbacks. This was just an intro to get it started but we could go into backstories and eventually build up to a team. As for villain, we could start to throw out some ideas and figure it out. If anyone wants to be this person, that's fine, or if anyone else joins, they could play them)

So, flashbacks begin now?

@Mark_Is_Male I like that idea. I sort of just went right into the story kind of like how movies start right in the middle and go over everything.

(And I have some questions about the villain if anyone can or wants to answer; about his name, power if he has one, and details as to where he's going and why, since it was mentioned he was going somewhere.)

(what if he's a teleporter and no one knows that so the tracker doesn't work because of the huge change in locations)
