//Umm, too late to join?
(I'll do it!)
Raziel woke with a start, unaware of where he was. Wait, he noticed he'd been sleeping, in all his billions of years, he's never slept once. Suddenly he started to crackle, and spark, and it was then that the angel drifted fully into consciousness. He became aware of the scene at once, half-floating, half-falling through space, being pulled towards something.
Earth.
Raziel was reentering the atmosphere, and it's orbit, not only that, but his angelic grace was being sapped away. He was tugged, and put aflame, until he surpassed the sound barrier, where the flames flew from him at once. He drew closer. Closer to the United States, closer to a large town, plummeting towards the ground at mach three. He blacked out before he ever hit it.
The next thing he knew, he woke up in a great, black city, past the mouth of a cavern, specifically near, what looked like a corrupt church.
It was the City of Dis, in Hell.
(He'll be out of the game for a while, but I'll be here!)
(You may join!)
(Also, Raziel fell from Heaven already, but he'll be there briefly.)
Pearl sat on the train, clutching the small book bag she had. She was out, free, and had about twenty dollars in human currency. As long as none of the other angels found her, she'd be fine. She headed to the small town, were no one would question her if weird things happened. She stood as she neared her stop
Vein tapped his foot anxiously on the train, fingers drumming and occasionally twitching as he looked around, eyes wide and wary. He had traveled a very long way from home in the attempt to get the cops off his trail for a little while. He would return home soon, at least, he would try to. But for now he was stuck on a train going anywhere but home
//Here's my character. If you disagree with anything, please tell me!
Name: Ursa Grey
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bi
Age: 16
Species: Witch
Personality: Polite, unless she thinks her politeness is undeserved, doesn't put her full effort into anything unless she really needs to (basically lazy) and gets bored easily (and is therefore a curious person), exaggerates things
Appearance: Short black hair, grey eyes, caucasian
Powers: Pyrokinesis
Likes: Fire, her pet lizard (dragon, she'll tell you) Sally
Dislikes: Cold temperates
(It's cool!)
Ursa stretched across the seating bench, taking up the two spots, her feet hanging off the edge slightly. She was bored, she'd been on the train for far too long, but the only things she could do would get her kicked off at the next stop. Or arrested. Her mother wouldn't like that, especially since she was meant to be 'laying low' until the situation at home cooled down. She sighed. Hopefully it wouldn't take much longer.
Vien, growing tired of sitting, got up and began to pace in the car, fiddling with his locket as he did so. Stretching his legs was nice, even if it made it easier for someone to recognize him
Pearl hovered by the door, entertaining herself by attempting to keep her balance without holding on to something.
Suddenly, there was the sound of something falling. Ursa's head snapped toward the noise, where her bag was now laying on the ground, just in time to see her bearded dragon escaping the car. She cursed and jumped up. 'He was sleeping!' she thought, frantically making her way out of the car, which had stupidly been left open.
Vien’s head whipped towards a strange scrambling sound. Was that a bearded dragon? He cracked a soft smile, crouching down to pick the lizard up gently. “Hello, there. W-Where’s your owner?” he asked it softly
Pearl look over. "What the- awwww animal."
"Sally!" Ursa whisper-shouted, because if people found out she had an animal on the train, when she was specifically told she couldn't unless it was packed in the heavy-luggage area, they would likely take him away. The only way she managed to bring Sally into the passenger area was to stick him under her shirt and hoodie. "Sally!" she called again.
Vien looked up to see someone calling for something. “Is this little g-guy yours, miss?” he called quietly, gesturing gently with the lizard in his hands
Ursa looked at the guy who called out for her, and hurriedly made her way over to him, snatching the lizard from him, carefully looking Sally over for signs of injuries. She couldn't let her only friend die on her. "Thank you!" She looked up from her examination to thank her savior.
Vien smiled softly, petting the lizard under the chin before nodding. “It’s no trouble, miss,” he said
Ursa smiled back. "I'm Ursa." She paused before she continued, "I would appreciate if you kept Sally a secret from the train staff."
Vien nodded. “Of course, miss. W-Wouldn’t want such an adorable p-pet to be taken away,” he said, giving the lizard a final tap on the nose before folding his arms loosely across his chest
"Well then, thanks again." She petted Sally before asking the man's name. "If you don't mind, of course." She needed to go back to her car, her belongings were there, but she hadn't talked cordially with anyone since she'd left her family and she was bored sitting in silence. Sally couldn't exactly talk to her.
A small smile crossed Vien's face. "T-Tell you what. I won't tell anyone about the liz-zard, if you let me pet her," he said, putting his hands in his pockets to hide the way his finger was twitching
Ursa stared. That was blackmail. But… "Only if we go back to my car. I left my stuff there."
Vien nodded, smiling happily. His little sister had loved lizards, had always caught them in the yard and brought them to show him. Her favorite was a rescued bearded dragon they had taken care of for a few years before it was given to a small shelter. He went to grab his duffel bag, slinging it over his shoulder before walking over to her. "Lead the way, m-miss."
