“They don’t live in packs,” Cyrus cut in quickly, which was practically a dead giveaway. “Okay, maybe I am a Wendigo. How do you know about that stuff anyways?”

"Water spirit. Kicked the bucket about 200 years ago, popped back in as a water spirit demon thing while my best friend became a demon who didn't even remember me. So I picked a river and just kinda started hanging out there," Erikos said with a shrug. "But for the record, wendigos are cool. And I know they don't live in groups, the ones around my river just kind of live in the same general cave area."
(Thanks! x

“I’m surpised they haven’t all killed each other already,” Cyrus mumbled before speaking up, holding a more curious tone now. “Never met a water demon before. I don’t even know what the hell that is. Mind enlightening me?”
Baye sighs, pays for his coffee and leaves the cafe.
"Well, basically I got my dumb ass shot in a tavern roughly 200 years ago, my estranged mum happened to be a water demon, and bada bing bada boom I end up one after I die. Sucked ass though because my buddy Vien got killed right after me, and when he became a dimensional demon his memory got wiped," Erikos said with a shrug
The doorbell chimed as Bela strolled through, making a beeline for the counter as Arlo shrugged off the dirt on his coat and padded over and onto a chair at a deserted table. "Coffee - extra sugar and extra milk, thanks," she batted her eyelashes at the barista, before turning around and returning to Arlo, who was curled up and already sleeping on his seat. She sat down and looked out of the window; rain had begun to fall and she was wondering how she was going to get home without a car.

“That sounds completely insane. What can you do, being a water demon? Could you flood this whole place?” Cyrus asked, seeming like the chatty type as he took a long drink of his coffee.
"Yep, I could turn about a quarter of the city into a swamp if I wanted," Erikos said with a shrug. "Hell I just might if they don't stop polluting the damn water supply. My river keeps getting stray bits of sewage in it and it pisses me off," he said before taking another sip of his coffee
Baye sighs as he leans on the wall outside the cafe
(I obviously go to a pool party to miss a lot and then have to go watch fireworks as soon as I get back)
(lol it's all good)
(Alright, I’m back meow)
(oof, I missed some stuff.)
Castor winced faintly as he ran his fingers over the cuts and bruises on his hands, reflecting the cracks and chips on his other stone skin. Looking up after a few moments, he dropped his hands back to his sides as he walked into a calmer cafe, wishing that he put contacts in as he fiddled with his dark-rimmed glasses. There were a few groups of people inside, though many of the tables were empty as Castor approached the cashier, managing to buy himself some coffee.
( may I join this rp? Is it too late? )
Araina sipped her Affogato, her fox ears, twitching, new voices heard. She shifted uncomfortably, her tails in-abeling her to sit properly. The pitter patter of the rain drops outside, the heartbeats of the other beings inside, their breathing. The noises almost unbearable, she closed her eyes, trying to meditate somehow.

“I feel guilty now that you said that. I dumped a body into some river a while ago, I think,” Cyrus said with an embarrassed chuckle. He ran a hand through his messy, naturally bedheaded hair.
Baye sighs as he slumps down again the wall of the cafe. He pulls his hood further up on his head so that others couldnt see his eyes or ears
Araina turned to look at the others here, interest flaring. The others didn’t seem to quite notice the rain outside. Her coffee now cold, she set her fingertips on fire, starting to heat her drink. Hopefully no one will notice…
“Well hey, at least a body will degrade over time. Plastic bottles and bags won’t,” Erikos said with a small laugh. He took another sip of his coffee absently, his foot tapping against the tiles again out of habit
Baye curls his knees up to his chin and rests his head on his arms as the rain starts to pour down harder. His ears twitch with every drop. He had to clamp his hands over them.
Araina stood up, picking her coffee up as well. She walked up to someone else(Baye), who appeared to have the same problem as her. "Hello," She whispered. Her tails swished through the air.
(any room for one more?)
Baye looks up and jumps, "Oh uh. Hi." He stammers, pulling his hood down so she didnt see his eyes-

(Yeah, you can join)
"Why are you hiding your eyes?" She whispered again.
(danke)
Baye snorts and his ears flick under his hood, "Dont worry about it, kid. Did you need something?"
