Zara shrugged. "I'm assuming that you want to go somewhere normal so I'll let you choose." She said.

"oh uh… well there's a carnival nearby. You know rollercoasters and Ferris wheels" He says nervously, hoping she would say yes.

"That sounds great! Let's go!" Zara said as she started pulling him in the direction of the carnival.

"O-oh! Okay!" He says following her. Well, let her drag him around. Which he was fine with.
He couldn't help but let a smile appear on his face as she did.
"Hey, do you wanna take my car? Or are we walking?" He says suddenly. He wasn't able to be a polite gentleman and ask her but he mustered up the courage to do this.

”Its not that far. Do you want to walk?” Zara asked as she kept walking.

"uh, sure!" He says with a smile, glad she said that. He didn't really feel like driving anyway. His nerves were all jittery today.

"Alright then!" Zara said as she walked towards the carnival.

He followed her with a slight hum. "so hows your day been?" He asks deciding to break the silence.
"agh, why am i so awkward"

"It's been pretty good! Got even better when you showed up." Zara said, giving him a sly smile.

"really?" He asks a little excited. His face got a little red when she said that. Nobodys ever said anything like that before.
Was she just saying that to make him feel better? No, she doesn't do things like that. Right?
He smiled a bit and looked up to the sky, then back at her.
"uh, well same goes for me. I wasn't having the best day but you came to the setup and…. I don't know. It made me happy" He says to her giving her a shy smile as they neared the carnival.

Zara chuckled. "Why not? What happened that seeing me would brighten your day?" She asked.

"well uh" He looked at the ground then back at her trying to be as confident as possible.
"i could ask the same for you! How did your day get better when i showed up?"

Zara frowned but smiled again. "My days are always kinda of sucky. What about you?" She said, making sure to direct the subject back to him.

"Well that didn't answer my question. But in sorry about that, and even though you won't tell me how….im glad I can make them better" he smiled sweetly at her.

Zara shrugged. "I've tell you why my day was sucky before hand if you tell me why yours was." She said in a teasing tone, with a smile.

"Agh! Fine" he says with a little laugh raking his hands through his hair. "Well it's my mom" he started off. "I've told you a little bit about her before. How I ate her and she's a…..well honestly she's a b&#%%" he says casually. He was never one to curse. Ever. But he didn't know how to describe her.

(I hope he hates her and not "ate" her.)

Zara smirked and chuckled. "So much that you would cuss? Well that makes two of us." She said as she put her arm around him.

His face turned a little red. He didn't know if it were because of the embarrassment of him cursing, or the fact that she put her arm around him. But either way, he was a little flustered.
"Uh….sorry." He says nervously as they arrived at the carnival.

"Its fine!" She said, ruffling his hair. "You know I cuss all the time. I was just surprised to hear it from you."

"Yeah…i don't usually do that." He says flinching a little when she reached to ruffle his hair. He quickly tried to fix it afterwards. His hair stuck up with every hair sticking up every which way and fell in his face.

Zara laughed at that. "God I love your hair." She said chuckling.

"Wh-what!? Why?" He says suddenly flustered once again. His face had the word "confusion" written all over it. But he didn't exactly mind her being this way. It just threw him off.

"Because it's fun to mess around with!" She said as she messed with it a bit more.

He laughed a bit "ill take that as a compliment" he says leaning down to let her play with it a bit more. "I take really good care of it, so I'm not surprised"
"Anyway, we're here" he laughed a bit before standing up straight again.

Zara looked up. "What do you want to do here?" She asked as they walked in.

"Uh, well for sure the ferris wheel. I love those. Uh, the cotton candy….i mean…i like eating cotton candy so we should….nevermind.Rollercoasters are fun" he says with a sigh, giving up on trying to make sens.

Zara laughed. "How about we get cotton candy and ride the ferris wheel?" She asked smiling like an idiot.

"Y-yeah! That sounds good! It's supposed to get dark pretty quick. It's pretty late anyway. We might be able to get a nice view!" He says to her excitedly with a shy smile.

"Alright then! I'll pay for the cotton candy if you pay for the ride." She said as she headed to the cotton candy booth.

"Oh, I can pay for both!" He says getting out his wallet. We should probably eat some actual food beforehand though. At least I should. I haven't eaten anything all day" he let out a nervous laugh la he slips his wallet out of his back pocket.
