Tea And Biscuits (Open)

Cool, so Xiang and Harper'll be dating so I'm just going to assume that Xiang knows about Harper being a god and stuff..///

Harper slipped down to the cafe from Xiang and his shared apartment, a mug of coffee clutched in his hand as he stepped down the stairs. He flicked on the lights and yawned, setting down his coffee before stretching with his hands above his head. Harper began to put the batter he had made last night into the oven and turned on some light music.

Xiang stretched and yawned, whining when he felt his boyfriends presence had disappeared. He gets out if bed, pulling on a black kimono with a red dragon on the back on and brushes out his hair into a neat ponytail before joining his lover in the kitchen. He wrapped his arms around the others waist and kisses sleepily at his shoulder. "Good morning, my love." He mutters.

Harper leaned down and peppered some kisses to Xiang's forehead, smiling with content. "Good morning, darling, how was your sleep?" He asked, keeping an eye on the oven to make sure the stuff wouldn't get burnt. He could just poof it out of the oven, but that was only in emergencies because it made it have a bit of a gummier texture.

Xiang smiled at the kissed along his forehead, his eyes shutting in bliss. "Absolutely wonderful… Thank you. How about you, love? How did you sleep?" He asks quietly, still happily muzzled into Harper's shoulder. He loved mornings like this. It was rather quiet and he was spending time with Harper. Which, to him was the best thing.

"I slept well, I always do." Harper responded with one of his cheeky smiles, he untangled himself from Xiang. "Do you want a coffee doll?" He asked, taking a sip of his own coffee, a bit cold but still coffee.

Xiang smiles softly at his lovers cheeky smile. It was rather adorable to him. He less on the counter when the other left his side. "Yes, thank you love. That would be wonderful." he says quietly. Rubbing his eyes as he slowly continued to wake up. He yawns softly into his hand.

Harper gave a nod and poured a cup of coffee from one of the cafe's coffeemaker. "Sugar, sugar?" He asked, not missing out on the chance to miss the use of a pun. They came to rarely and were often missed.

Aza stood precariously on a roof above someone who looked mildly confused. She wasn't sure whether or not to talk to them. On the one hand, they could be magical like her, and they could be allies. On the other…Well, Aza wasn't ready to think about that.

Harper gave a nod and poured a cup of coffee from one of the cafe's coffeemaker. "Sugar, sugar?" He asked, not missing out on the chance to miss the use of a pun. They came to rarely and were often missed.

Xiang nods sleepily. "Yes please." He says quietly, wrapping his arms around his waist. He smiled at the other. He loved it when Harper used puns. It was rather adorable to him. He less back against the counter and stretched a tint bit, hearing a small pop in his back.

"Okay Darling, we need to open up soon. I want to see what exciting people come in today!" Harper said, clapping happily after he handed Xiang his coffee. "Also, I added a bit of cinnamon and milk, the way I made it before and you said you liked it, I think."

He smiles and kisses the others cheek. "Thank you, my love." He smiles and sips at his coffee, grateful to get his morning coffee. "Where would I be without you?" He asks, before stretching. He relaxed and smiles at the other. "It's delicious. Thank you."

Harper returned the smile as he walked over to the oven and pulled out the pastries they would be selling today. None of the workers would arrive till later so he and Xiang would work the first shift alone.

(In a few minutes, so… Right now!)

Aza jumped off the roof and walked along the street. Spotting a cafe, she sat on a bench nearby, waiting for it to open.
