Thanks and nice character! Here's mine (He's not fully developed yet so there are spots left blank):
Name: Fade Ryder
Age: 18
Species: Demon
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Doesn't know yet, he just assumes he's straight
Key Power: Basically anything a demon would have like super strength, speed, intelligence, etc.
Personality: Is pretty silent, but isn't shy he just minds his own business and knows when to keep his mouth shut. He's friendly and will casually ask you how you're doing if you look like you're feeling down. He's pretty down to earth and chill, he does all his work (even though he'll slack off sometimes) and likes playing a lot of video games (he's actually in the process of creating his own game right now, he has all the details planned out). Stresses when he has a lot of work to do since he misses school a lot (he does skip quite often and can get into a lot of trouble but mostly when he's not in school he's at work- or he'll just stay home not wanting to deal with it that day), but to make up for this he's able to retain a lot of information that's taught in class or is learned by the work given in class, basically, he's just really smart (even though he doesn't look like it). He also looks tired all the time but has a bright personality.
Appearance: Has fluffy/very curly semi-long blonde hair that he keeps in a messy man bun (which looks like a bushy ball of hair), has jade green eyes and for his skin, he has a slight tan warm like color. He's not that muscular since he doesn't work out but he's fit in a way.
Backstory (optional): His mother left when he was eight and his dad has worked overseas for a year now since he was 17 and says he'll be out for two more years, so he lives alone in the apartment his dad used to live in and his uncle checks up on him every now and then

Age: Around 14 physically and mentally (angels are immortal cough)
Species: Angel
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Pansexual (but leans towards females/people who identify as female)
Key Power: Telekinesis, although he has no clue how to really control it yet, so somethings things just sorta start floating near him.
Personality: Helpful, sweet, and a bit mischievous. Beau isn't exactly a 'rebellious teenager', but he doesn't like strict rules (that's why he likes to come down to earth a lot since there's so many rules up in heaven). He tends to get a little overconfident in his abilities, but he doesn't boast openly to other people.
Appearance: Fluffy brown hair, almost bubbly looking, slightly tanned skin, freckles, blue eyes, white and brown wings usually wears a red sweater, blue bandanna round his neck, jeans, and boots.
Backstory: Beau was born in heaven like any other angel and received the same training, but he was never really too concerned about being a warrior. He was always intrigued by humans and would visit earth secretly to see what it was like. He still does this, but everyone knows about it by know.
Other: He has a slight southern accent and says 'y'all' pretty frequently.

Key Power (Everyone at Tetorra has a key power that they focus their classes on. It could be anything from controlling fire to speaking with animals, just don't make it too OP): Weather manipulation, particularly storm, is really bad at controlling it, it mostly just depends on his emotions. Also, could he be able to give people magical tattoos? This wouldn't be his own power, he'd just be taking pre-made magical inks (nothing with an OP result don't worry), and would just have a talent for tattoo art
Personality: extroverted ambivert, strong sense of humour, can be really flirty but also suddenly shy, a lot of pent-up anger, amazing liar and actor, smol bean inside, very artistic soul
Appearance: Wavy brown hair (look up Dodie, his hair colour is basically like hers except with subtle caramel-y highlights) that's short on the back and swoops over his forehead, 6 ft, subtly muscled, big hands. Baby blue eyes, freckles everywhere, dimples, lots of tattoos, some that move, most of which are hidden under clothing. Wears a lot of flannel and shades of blue.

Key Power (Everyone at Tetorra has a key power that they focus their classes on. It could be anything from controlling fire to speaking with animals, just don't make it too OP): As a nature fairy he has the ability to speak to animals Disney Princess style, also is ‘in touch’ with Mother Nature.
Personality: Bubbly person. Loves lots of attention and always needs it, seems like a quiet type but once he is comfortable he never stops talking or playing around. Very much a people person. Loves nature (obv) and is a hippy. (More stuff to be added as the rp goes on because he is a fairly new character)
Appearance: Very pale almost translucent freckled skin, a poof of wavy strawberry blonde hair, (that tends to lean more to the strawberry side). Wears big glasses because he’s blind as a bat without them. Skinny as a twig while also being short, around 5”2’. Simple clothing such as ripped jeans and a white short sleeved shirt.
Backstory (optional): Oliver was born into a poor family in Old Europe.he worked outside from a young age and always made friends with the bunnies and squirrels. One winter when he was older he went out to gather firewood for his mother and sister. He caught a sickness while out and died soon from it. Mother Nature took pity on him and let him continue his life by caring for nature as a fairy.

Key Power: Voice manipulation (Hypnotism from his voice, blowing up eardrums, etc.)
Personality: Sym is a charmer who is artistic and creative, he enjoys drawing and dancing really anything artistic. He is usually cheerful and loves puns, he almost never sits still. He is deathly afraid of small spaces due to a traumatic event that happened earlier in his life.
Appearance: Brown hair with blond highlights from the sun frame his slightly sunburnt skin, skin that is covered with freckles. He has blue-violet eyes and a tall lithe frame, probably helping with how graceful his movements are.
