Simple enough, it's a Superhero RP.

Location: A highly urban area called Pitt City. Full of skyscrapers, warehouses, malls, and neighbourhoods. Basically a stand in for every big city ever.
Time: Modern
Genres: Drama, Action, Comedy, Tragedy, Superhero, Sci-Fi/Fantasy mashup.

Rules…
-Anyone who's read comics knows that they're usually rated R, although the mainstreams are a bit watered do. Because, well, kids.
-Don't be a jackass, being a Villain or mean character is more than fine, but being a character whose sole purpose is annoyance isn't fine.
-No IRL hate.
-No controlling others' characters.
-Original characters of your own making only. They can be fan-characters, but no Marvel or DC charts that already exist.
