The 12 Days RP (CLOSED)

Hey all!
I thought I'd try my hand at a small role-play! :D
Here's the basic deal:
I need a few heroes to go head to head with my villain. (Maybe another villain too? Mostly looking for heroes tho :3)
Your character can have superpowers, be totally human, anything you want :)

Basic plot~
My chara is trying to kill a secret network called the WOC-P: World Organizational Communication Plan. This is used by all the governments in the world to track and catch the top baddies. World leaders can contact each other's security forces to find anyone. It's a total secret from the public because it breaks MANY world peace and freedom laws. It's like the final override system.
The purpose of you guys is to stop my chara an his gang network from breaking this system. You can decide weather you work for a government, or wether you're working on your own :)
Plot is negotiable, feel free to suggest plot points! :) Once a few people join, we can figure out in more detail where we want this to go :D

NO explicit sexual interactions. Keep that pg-13 please, but you can have ships if you want :)
PLEASE respect each other and their charas. Your chara's don't have to get along, but don't rag on another's OC outside of direct character to character interactions

Ok! Why don't we start with just getting your character involved, like how/why he decided to try and stop my chara :)

It was cool, quiet and peaceful. Just how Calico liked it. He hums, his long black wings whooshing silently though the air. Another peaceful night on patrol, another simple evening with barely any ruckus. He smiles, landing on the edge of the building, humming softly to himself.

Something caught his eye on the street below. The dominant gang of the city, a bunch of tough men; hardened criminals, were all getting into their cars, just leaving a bar. This was fairly normal for this area at this time of night, but a figure in their midst grabbed Calico's attention. Compared to the brutish, tattooed and tee-shirted mountains around him, the man looked short, diminutive. He was wearing a grey suit, with a mint green tie, and walked among them comfortably, ignoring their loud joking and rude shoving. He ducked into the backseat of a long, silver car. Calico had never seen him before.

Calico was quiet, glaring at the scene before him. He spreads his wings, before gliding slowly down, keeping his eye on the car but staying far enough away from the car not to be seen.

The cars all stayed together, taking turn after twisting turn through the city, into the darker, more dangerous sides. Eventually they stopped outside of what Calico recognized as the leader of the gang's head-quarters. The gang went inside, the small man following them, still staring rather vacantly around him. Calico couldn't tell if he was with the gang, or had been kidnapped by them.

Basic description: Medium length black hair that is generally combed over to the right (the part is on the left) .His eyes are a dark brown, and he is 5'7" and 124 lbs. He usually dresses in a white button-up shirt, black slacks, and dress shoes, and occasionally he'll have a white lab coat on.

Basic description: Bald, tattoos covering her tanned skin, gray eyes, short (5'), usually wears a black tank top and ripped jeans.

Emil casually followed behind the group of thugs, his eyes wandering lazily. "What a pain," he muttered under his breath. He was used to tailing around these types of people, on the government's order, of course. He would never actually go out his way to follow around people like this. But this group was different than usual. There was a neatly dressed male in the middle, very out of place but somehow he fitted in fit.

Calico lands, his eyes watching with curiosity and caution. He glares at the figures, the cars, the noise from the others.

Lights glowed from the upper stories; the lower ones dark. As Emil drew closer, he began to hear quiet heavy metal flowing from the lit windows. The door creaked shut behind the last thug; he turned back warily one last time, looking for any unwanted guests.

Xena slips through the shadows, a machine gun strapped to her back. This was a small job, more of someone's personal vendetta then anything. The thug she was hunting was not really anyone in particular. Just an idiot who pissed off the wrong person. Slipping forward, Xena leaned over the edge of the roof, looking at hte group below. A pang of nervousness ran through her as she picked out the mob boss, not her target, and two other men who stood out. One on the roof across from her with, wings? And another, a government official, blending in with the crowd below. She pushed down her fear and readied her gun, taking special care that the winged man didn't see her.
