so
A dystopian like universe where the world (not necessarily earth) Is pretty much one giant city. There are different levels of city that have gradually built on each other. The lowest ones are where the poorest people are and the higher up you go the richer and cleaner things get.
The lower down is really dirty and toxic crap and stuff and gangs fight for territory. Some people actually pull off stealing from the richer folks. I think the aesthetic is very cyberpunk (well at least in my head…)
