"what do you expect from an 'assassins academy?" Theron mumbled to himself as he rounded a corner to the library, trying to skip class again. He pulled his hood down farther over his eyes and quickened his place

@Elder-God-Whisper

Donovan quickly stood up and helped the person he had tripped over. "So sorry!" he called over his shoulder deciding to skip class for the first time in his time here at the academy and bolting for the library, mumbling book titles under his breath. He needed to find those books…

Phoebe barged into the Headmaster's office. Delilah had been a friend of hers, one of the few people she trusted at that horrid academy. She slammed her hands on the desk. "What the hell are you doing to find out who killed her?! Becuase it doesn't seem like you're doing anything to me!" The Headmaster carefully folded his hands on the desk and looked up at her. "We can't discuss an open investigation with you, no matter how close you were to Delilah." Phoebe scoffed. "That's bullshit." She stormed out of the office, ignoring any looks that were glanced her way. SHe looked shit, she knew it. No makeup for once and puffy eyes. She didn't care. She didn't cease her walk until she came to the library, where all the nerds and smart people hung out. She spotted Theron and Donovan, not exactly what she was looking for but they would have to do. She stormed over to them and grabbed them, pulling them deeper into the library, so she wouldn't be overheard. "I need your help. And whether you like it or not, you're going to help me."

Xena finished her essay, saved the file, the got off the computer to go to the library.

Luna had some research to do for a paper due later this week. She made her way to the library to see if it had any resources for her to use. She couldn't find anything in the obvious sections and went deeper in overhearing some conversation going on. That seemed interesting, she stopped and hid in an adjacent aisle continuing to look for a research book.

@Fenrir

Theron found his corner of the library and grabbed the book he was reading previously "someone should have told us this was lethal…oh wait..this is an assassins academy…learn people!" he said to no one in particular

@Elder-God-Whisper

Donovan was startled when a girl grabbed his arm and hauled him deeper into the shelves of books. He stumbled a bit, before steadying himself. "Woah, wait, what? Who are you?" He cringed at his statement, realizing that he really needed to socialize more… "What am I helping you with?"

@Fenrir

"Shit what the fu-Pheobe? What do you want?" Theron said in equal surprise as Donavan

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

"To solve the murder of course. Why else would I allow myself to be seen with you two? But we obviously need more than just the three of us. So recruit more students and meet me in the courtyard at midnight. Don't show up and I'll make your life living hell."

@Elder-God-Whisper

Donovan put up his hands like, "slow down!". "Wait, why do you want me to help you though? In case you haven't noticed, I'm a useless social-anxietist." He stuffed his hands into his pockets and started walking away. "Look for someone more useful, not the first person you see. That's bad strategy."

@Fenrir

He glanced over at Donavan "you might not notice this and it's not your fault, but we're not very sociable people." he glared at her "its an assassin's academy, death was bound to happen."

@ShadeStar

Solve the murder? Phoebe must've been close to Delilah if she wanted to try and figure out who killed here. Much less threaten two students into helping her. Then again Phoebe was still acting higher than them. Just as Luna decided to go and watch what would happen later tonight, the book she was holding slipped from her hand and hit the floor with a thud. She froze and quickly picked up the book. She moved to get out of that section knowing that they would have heard her.

@Fenrir

Theron's head snapped up but said nothing as he saw Luna hide

@Elder-God-Whisper

Donovan sighed in relief when Theron seemed to understand he shrugged almost helplessly.

Ryder hadn’t heard the announcement of the murder. He was still hanging out in the band room, talking with a couple fellow band students. During the announcement, they had been practicing a piece for their concert next week.

Avery muttered something as he walked into the library, pulling his hood over his head tighter. He had thought the library would be empty, everyone would be socializing so he could read his crime novels in peace.

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

Phoebe whipped her head around. "Come out of the shadows Luna, I know you're there. An excellent, now you can help me as well. And no you don't have a choice." She turned her head to the two men in front of her."I don't care boys, you're helping me. Your skills may come in handy. I don't necessarily need you to be social. It might come in handy if you're not."

@ShadeStar

Luna sighed and stepped out into the open. Her arms were crossed and her book was in one hand. She was frowning at Phoebe, "I don't see why you're doing this."

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

"Delilah was a close friend of mine. The last time I saw her she was fine and now she's dead. The faculty here isn't going to do shit so I'm going to, and you all are helping me. Now stop asking stupid questions."

@ShadeStar

"People get killed all the time, you can't go detective because your friend died. Delilah would have known the risks of being an assassin in training. If the faculty did do something about it, then they would have to investigate every student death."

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

"If your mother was murdered would you not do everything you could to find the person who murdered her? Or would you go about your day and forget she ever existed?" Phoebe crossed her arms and glared.

@ShadeStar

Luna paused and she scowled, "Fine. I see your point."

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

Phoebe grinned gleefully. "Glad you see it my way. Now, we still won't get far with the four of us. We need more, so everyone find someone. I don't care how. Coerce them, manipulate them, seduce them, whatever."

@ShadeStar

"Why don't you do it yourself Ms. Popular?" Luna responded leaning back against a shelf, "It'll be a lot more affective."

Aya walked in. She moved quietly so as not to be seen or heard.

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

"Why do the work when people can do it for you?" Phoebe smirked. She looked around the library. She didn't want anyone finding out what they were up to.

@ShadeStar

"Yeah well," Luna started leaving the section, "Good luck finding someone to do it for you."

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

Phoebe reached forward and grabbed her hair. "Don't even think about leaving. I can make your life a living hell, don't think I won't."

@ShadeStar

Luna scowled and yanked her hair out of Phoebe's grasp before turning around, "I had figured who were done speaking. So I left."

@ElderGod-yellowqueen

"I don't give a shit. I need your help. I want justice for my friend. Her killer deserves to be punished. And who's to say he won't kill again. Maybe it will be that quiet kid in the back, maybe it will be you. So I think it's in your best interest to help me solve this murder."
