Nok watched quietly, not daring to get out on the ice. He hoped the cut wasn’t too bad, but, if need be, he could easily transport Kane to the hospital.
“How are you doing, Kane?”he asked, concerned.
" fine," he said as he got up. " Not as bad as it seemed.." he said softly, he helped nori up and skate over to the other
Nori eyes the wound, looking up at the EMTs. "Stitches. right? I mean its pretty deep…"
One of them nodded. "Probably the best bet. Are you able to drive him?"
Nori looked back at Nok. "You have that chauffeur guy, right?"

Kane sighed " guys I'm fine, I've had way worse. " He said and held his hands up a bit

Nori tilted his head, scowling slightly. "Hon, that thing is the size of the grand canyon. I dont think it's fine"
Kane rolled his eyes " okay? I'm not going to a hospital. Don't need it." He said and moved to take his skates off
Nori sighed, looking to Nok for a second opinion

Nok nodded at Nori’s question, then looked at Kane patiently.
“I don’t want you in any pain, and Edmund is just outside. It probably would be better to get the stitches, but I won’t push you. And, if it’s money you’re worried about, I’ll pay for it. I have plenty,”he said reassuringly.
" it's more like fear. But it's whatever, I'll go.."

Nok looked at Kane knowingly, but didn’t say anything. He gently led Kane to the car. Edmund watched inquisitively.
“Hospital, Edmund,”Nok said.
Edmund’s eyebrow rose in surprise, then he shrugged, having noticed Kane.
" awe look, he showed an emotion," Kane joked

Edmund snorted in amusement, shaking his head.
“I have a lot more emotion than you think, young man,”he said lightly.
Nok chuckled, then helped Kane into the car.
Kane held his arm close to himself. He leaned on nok gently and sighed " I'm sorry, I didn't mean to fuck this all up.."

Nok looked at Kane, his gaze calm and comforting. He didn’t mind at all that the man was leaning on him.
“You didn’t mess up anything, Kane. Stuff like this happens,”he said softly.
Nori held Kane’s good arm. “Hey, you didn’t mess anything up. You did nothing wrong. We just want you to be safe.” He mumbled, leaning on his shoulder. He looked up at Nok and smiled
kane sighed and watched the road till they got to the hospital

Nok smiled back at Nori, then stayed silent.
They soon arrived and Nok helped Kane out of the car. When they stepped inside, Nok approached the same receptionist as earlier. She seemed a bit surprised.
“My friend here got hurt,”Nok explained.
The receptionist nodded, relieved, then turned to Kane, asking the usual questions to get him set up for a doctor. Nok stayed silent as she did so, except to mention that he would be paying.
Nori rubbed Kane’s other arm, comforting him. “It’s all gonna be okay.”
" its fine nok, im insured for accidents like this," he said and pulled out his card. kane went back to his room and taped his foot worriedly
Nori ran his hand through the other’s hair. “Just… just hold my hand. If it starts to hurt, let me know so I can beat up the doctor or something.”
kane chuckled, holding noris hand and smiling softly

If you’re sure,”Nok replied gently.
He then followed Kane, sitting down to the side. He chuckled at Nori and his comment.
“It’ll be alright. Believe me, you’re not the only one who isn’t fond of hospitals, and I’m in here far more than I like to admit,”Nok said softly.
He seemed unsure what else to say, and that shy gleam from earlier returned.
" sounds annoying" he said softly
Nori tilted his head. “If… if you don’t mind me asking, what for?” A look of concern gleamed in his eyes
kane wasn't the type to push on sensitive topics, he leaned back and tried to relax his arm. a soft whine escaped him as any pressure was put on it

“Yeah, it can be,”Nok said with a sigh.
He then hesitated at Nori’s question.
“Nothing too serious, I assure you. It’s something I’ve been dealing with for several years now. I’ll… um… tell you more later,”he replied.
He then glanced at Kane, watching with quiet concern.
Nori nodded, looking down as he continued to comfort Kane.
“I’m really sorry.” He said softly, trying to get the other to relax
