Nok simply listened. He had walked in just as Kane fell, so he wasn’t sure what had caused it.
He pulled nori closer " I only fell because I didn't look where I was skating "
Nori leaned on him, gently stroking his hair. "Its okay. You're okay, Kane. It was just an accident."
" I'm fine. See just a scratch.." he reassured
Nori rolled his eyes. "a scratch that needs stitches…"
" yeah, a scratch that'll scar… But! That's all right.."
Nori scowled, sighing. "you're unbelievable"
" I know." He chuckled

Nok smiled at the pair, chuckling.
Kane sighed softly and kissed the top of koris head. He watched as the doctor came in.
A doctor walked in not too much longer after. "Which one is… Kane?" She said, looking at her clipboard.
Nori jumped off the table and gestured to Kane
Kane waved slightly. " That would be me.."

Nok gestured to Kane. The shy gleam in his eyes once again returned.
Kane held his arm out, shaking softly
The doctor smiled, then pulled a syringe out of one of the drawers, filling it with liquid. "You'll need about five stitches, so not too bad at all. This is to numb up your arm a bit." She held up the syringe. "Is that okay?"
" yes," he said and immediately put his hand in noks and waited for the needle

Nok held Kane’s hand, gently squeezing.
“Just focus on me. On my hand. I’m here for you. Nori’s here for you,”he said softly, soothingly.
" I.. I'm trying.." he said and sighed

Nok smiled a bit.
“That’s good that you’re trying. Hmm… where do you want to go after this? I can think of a few places, but I want your opinion,”he asked.
" the mall maybe? Nori did mention it.."

“Ooh. I know a few little stores there that I love. I could show you guys when we get there. How’s that sound?”Nok asked, grinning.
" sounds perfect.." Kane said

Nok beamed,”Wonderful!”

Nori grinned. "Yeah! I know a ton of good places we can go." He squeezed Kane's other hand. "We could go to Gucci and pretend we're actually there to buy stuff…"
The doctor smiled as she pulled the syringe away from Kane's skin, glad that he hadn't noticed. She began getting her needle ready for the stitches while the other two distracted him
" maybe I could get you something." He said and nuzzled the other.

“Don’t get me talking about fashion stores. I won’t shut up for hours,”Nok said with a chuckle.
“Though, if any of us decide to buy something, you always have me here to pay for it. I have plenty saved up, and I haven’t gone on a shopping spree in a little bit,”he added with a grin.
Nori smiled excitedly, nodding at Nok. As a starving artist, he almost never had money to go shopping. Most of his clothes were from thrift stores or family that had outgrew them. It felt good to finally have something that was his.
He watched as the nurse approached Kane once more, and nuzzled him back. "Alright, just five. You can do five."
" mm I'd love to but but my style is hard to find." Kane said and smiled again. He hadn't even noticed shed started stitching his arm yet.
