Appearance: Elianna has silver eyes that sparkle in the sunlight, she has tanned skin and shiny hazel hair cut up to her shoulders in a choppy cut as she had done it herself when the hair grew too long.
Wearing: A large a well-worn grey sweatshirt with many dirt stains on it and more than a few holes in the sleeves and such. She also has black pants and some sneakers with raggedy shoelaces.
Personality: Eli, when you meet her, is quite shy and closed off, however, when you get to know her she gets more strong-willed and will defend anyone she cares for.
Flaws: Eli is a huge pushover when it comes to people she deems her friends. She is also a bit of a pickpocket, as she needed a way to get food.
Other: When she was younger, both her parents died in a car accident. She was sent to a relative's home and was neglected and mentally abused. Eventually she ran away and had been living on the street for about a year and a half.

Karter ran out of the police station, running after a man who had just broken free from to other police officers that had just brought him in. He ran into an alleyway where a young girl was, immediately grabbing her and using her as a human shield to get away from Karter and her fellow officer.
Elianna was walking from the library, right past the police station, when she was grabbed by a strange man and essentially being used as a human shield. It took her a moment to realize that she was being held by this man as she was frozen in shock. "Hey! Hey, what the heck! Let go of me!" Eli yelled, kicking her legs and trying to hit the man.
